I paid over $17 for this sandwich and it came with all of the cheese melted on the wrapper outside of the sandwich. Also, the employee working on the meat slicer was eating a cookie while he was making food, which is gross. The only reason I gave 2 stars was that the sauce on the new pizza sandwich was actually pretty tasty.

So sad my favorite sandwiche shop is going downhill again. Not too long ago I wasn’t sure if jimmy John’s was ever gonna get better but it actually was and then like a month ago you guys started to tank again. Always running out of supplies!! Whoever does the order for the supplies like napkins and meat and such. I gotta tell you, you’re doing a terrible job. Someone really needs to step it up cause whatever you have been doing lately really sucks. Just do better

If I could leave 0 stars I would.

Messy Lobby, messy drink station (trash everywhere), ice machine out of ice, out of roast beef and ham and other. Slow service. Workers too busy talking to each other vs. getting their evening rush out the door. Not to mention $14 extra charge for one drink and pickle on the side is crazzzyyy…then forgetting to give the side with our order having us turn around to come back in and get what we paid for. Maybe don’t complain about how the day has been in front of customers waiting for you to grab something that was missed that’d take 3 seconds.

Parking is difficult at this location. Menu was a bit confusing as it was difficult to find the specials shown on other signage. Food preparation was extremely fast and sandwich was good. There was not a lot of room for customers inside the store. We ate outside but it was noisy and windy.

Cute girls in the evenings Shawns and Brians before. Tight working quarters so I guess they dont want anyones meats touching any one elses bunns. Sounds boring but the hot food makes up for it. Etadekymasu!!!

The food is actually pretty good, its a shame the customer service is sub-par. The wait is a little tedious--but nothing compares to the employees inability to make sandwiches with the proper adjustments. I understand how crazy working fast food is and can be, but what I don't get is, adding things I said not to add and then not adding things I actually wanted.

I had 2 little boys who were very hungry. You know about hangry meltdowns, so I was looking for something fast.
It took 20 minutes for them 2 make 2 sandwiches.
I dont have anything good to say about it.
We dined in but not enough chairs for the 3 of us as they wete using them to prop the doors open.

Placed an order at 1220 and finally got the sandwich at 115. When the driver came in, I said so much for Freaky Fast huh? He told me they had a catering job early this morning and a lot of employees called in sick. This is the 1st bad experience with them and from reading the other reviews, it appears that the tardiness in delivery is always because of catering jobs. I am so disappointed in this order. I added avocado to the order thinking they would add it, but I got it in a container with no way of putting it on my wrap. This is likely my last order with JJ.
