Waited for 30 minutes for 3 sandwiches and every single one of them was incorrect. No cheese was added, even though we paid for it. They were out of ham, but no alternative was offered, so the sandwiches just lacked meat. There were at least 6 employees working, and none of them were doing anything. This was at 3 pm on a Saturday, so it was not busy at all.

Wondered if it was an off day so tried delivery. 90 min waiting I call the store and they say it’s ready to go out… I told them to cancel my order because I don’t know how long that sandwich has been sitting. This store is a joke so AVOID!

Well, my wife just went through the drive-in and they forgot the meat in her sandwich. Added extra mayonnaise for some reason. It was gross she said. I love Jimmy John but won't stop at this one. Have a great day all.

Generally everything is perfect. As there is no jimmy John’s where I live I thought I would order my fav one more time before I go home. After waiting an hour for delivery, I didn’t get the sandwich I ordered. I ordered the Hunters Club, which is double roast beef and provolone. I add mustard and horseradish. Instead I got a bland turkey sandwich with only mayonnaise. I hope whoever got my sandwich enjoyed it.

I used to love Jimmy John’s but lately the food quality at this location has gone downhill. On 12/23/24 I ordered delivery on the app. I received my sandwich and the bread was either overcooked or a day old, and my tomatoes were mushy. I sent feedback through their website along with a video showing how hard the bread was and what the tomatoes looked like. On 12/24 I received an email from corporate that my feedback had been forwarded to the local store and the local store has not reached out to remedy the situation.

I generally love jimmy johns. It’s my go-to when I don’t want to cook. However, they consistently get my order wrong. I always order avocado on my sandwich and they ALWAYS forget to put it on (nearly 2/3 of the time). I’ve lived here 3 years and this has been consistently the case. It sucks because I don’t check the sandwiches until I get home. It also sucks because avocado is an extra charge. The amount of avocado that I’ve paid for and not received is pretty sad. I love the flavor of Jimmy John’s but they really need to take the time to read the orders fully when making the sandwiches. I have a lot of compassion for service workers, but it’s really starting to get on my nerves that this happens so often to me.

I ordered two sandwiches that came out to $35. It took an hour and a half for them to deliver my sandwich. I called to check what was going on and the poor worker sounded like he had no help. He promised me my sandwich had not been sitting out for an hour. It finally got delivered and my sandwich was so soggy the bread felt like clay. This is absolutely not okay and disgusting. 10/10 don’t recommend ever ordering online.

If you are lactose intolerant and specifically request "No Cheese" on your sandwich, they will mess up your order and put cheese in your sandwich.
