I stop here pretty much every time I run through Ellensburg... the bagel sammies are good, and the caprese on a plain bagel is my go-to.... that said, if you are in a hurry, on a schedule, or just don't like waiting in a drive thru line, go elsewhere. I'm not sure if it's due to staffing issues, equipment deficiencies, or something else, but they are sllllllllllow. We waited in line for about 45 minutes yesterday on our way through town. Only two people working, one taking orders at 3 windows, the other making bagels, and this seems to be pretty standard; i don't think I've ever waited less than 20. Again, no hate for the food, but if you are hangry (like I was) or impatient, there are many other faster options in town.

These are the best bagels i have ever had in my life, unfortunately in order to obtain these bagels you must be willing sacrifice. Sacrifice what you might ask you day, your time, and your patience, there is zero urgency from anyone at this establishment. Although the line is consistently long, the only reason i should have to wait 30-45 mins for a bagel is if the coming of christ himself is ordering for the entire town. Nothing is more frustrating then trying to get a 1201 bagel, it is so damn good that you have to sit through this sick ritual of watching some poor teenage girl take 5 minutes just to put your bagel in the bag, and the worst part is i keep coming back, because again unfortunately these bagels are worth everything.

The veggie bagel was tasty. But I waited OVER 30 minutes… on a Friday morning with only 2 cars ahead of me. It was awful. This outweighed the quality of the bagel.

Bagels are great, just a little frustrated with lack of listening skills. Asked the girl who helped us to put water in my cup and to please not dump it out - I cannot stress this enough, I asked multiple times to NOT dump it out or rinse it, and then my boyfriend even adds “it has electrolytes in it”. She brought back the cup and said “I rinsed it out as much as I could!” Super frustrating when I’m trying to be overly clear and communicative and have a headache (which is why I had electrolytes in my water bottle… that I didn’t have any more of in my car). First world problem, I’m aware, but just frustrating. Update: look at my toddlers bagel and it’s supposed to be PB&J - it was just thick peanut butter on each side with no jelly. Definitely a lack of attention to detail, especially for what was paid.

The BEST bagels in the entire world! Every bite was delightful! Made with the perfect crunch && ingredients were fresh. So many options to choose from! Fast service!
Highly recommend can’t wait to visit again! Been thinking of their bagels days after having them! Live far but will make the journey out again!
Great little spot for a relatively quick breakfast or lunch when passing through or staying a night in Ellensburg.

Not impressed. Came on a hot day…wanted a bagel sandwich and a smoothie. Girl in the window told me that because they are so busy, they decided they “dont have time to blend smoothies”? What?! Even though my sandwich takes several minutes to make, you can’t blend? Not to mention, I’m sitting at the drive thru window looking at people on the patio sipping smoothies. Horrible customer service.

We use to love this place but we have ordered from here second time in two weeks our orders came with out all ingredients that we ordered love the food when our order is right !!! They never answer the phone.
