Carnitas tacos were done well and mostly crispy, vegetables were incredibly fresh with an impressive amount, and the handmade tortillas were nice.
The carne asada was very fatty and under-seasoned while the salsa was plain and underwhelming. I wouldn’t order it again.
The food truck itself only held the menu sign, everything was inside the restaurant. Service was very friendly.

Amazing service, fresh food. If you want authentic this is an amazing place.
Nasty place,
Not only is food expensive at this location. It takes foreeeeever to recieve your food. Sitting here with only 4 other people waiting and took them 45 min to bring my drink, still waiting on food. Definitely not worth the wait. Will not be coming back, this is not the first time it’s happened here. I had to walk out with no food and no refund because nobody was at Front counter.
We make it a point to stop here when we are traveling over the mountains. The food is remarkable and their tortillas are just amazing

First visit, great carnitas burrito and tacos.srrvice was friendly and helpful. Looking forward to going back for chili rellenos.
This is where you go when you want awesome tacos and amazing service. Their burritos are absolutely amazing. They know your order and go out of their way to make it better every single time. The avocado salsa and salsa verde is nuts good too. And everyone is so nice. If you love tacos and you love awesome people, don’t walk, run to Tacos Chilangos.
I don’t even know where to start. We haven’t had a bad meal yet, they do it right here! The authenticity is unparalleled in Ellensburg, the salsa are to die for, and the Al Pastor is one of the best I’ve ever had! Must eat destination for E-Burg!

20 minutes to get 4 tacos place was empty i was the only costumer
Super expensive, almost $30 for a buffet 😱, the water came out with no ice and was luke warm. The Tacos alone, are so tiny, and one is $3.50 🤦 Would not recommend unless the prices come down significantly.
The staff has made it clear; be Mexican or expect to be sent to the back of the line for orders, pay double, and experience bland, poor quality food. A waste of time and money with poor service all to get sick afterwards.
