This is where you go when you want awesome tacos and amazing service. Their burritos are absolutely amazing. They know your order and go out of their way to make it better every single time. The avocado salsa and salsa verde is nuts good too. And everyone is so nice. If you love tacos and you love awesome people, don’t walk, run to Tacos Chilangos.
I don’t even know where to start. We haven’t had a bad meal yet, they do it right here! The authenticity is unparalleled in Ellensburg, the salsa are to die for, and the Al Pastor is one of the best I’ve ever had! Must eat destination for E-Burg!
Every time I go to Ellensburg this is my first stop on my wishlist of places to go!!!!! They have thee most incredible corn quesadilla and delicious flan!!! I have Celiac and this is the only place I've ever found that makes a homemade corn tortilla big enough to make a quesadilla. The Tinga chicken has the perfect heat and the flan has a decadent texture. Everyone that works here is so friendly and the food is outrageously good! Dreaming of the quesadilla from California...
