Ian was our delivery driver. He forgot the 2 liter of pop. We realised it after he left and after he pulled away. Before we could get it together enough to complain, Ian was back at our door with a 2 liter saying it rolled out of sight when he was delivering but the moment he realised what happened he turned around and made our order right. Thank You to Ian and to Pizza Hut for training and employing good people. We need more Ian’s in our lives.😉 PS. The pizza was exactly what we wanted. I’d give 10 stars if I could. Great meal, great night. TY.

Such a sad depressing place. We dined in felt more like catching a bite at a gas station . Wasn't welcoming or comfortable. Staff didn't engage with customers doesn't seat you or take your order at the table. Very disappointed that Pizza Hut turned into a Depressed corporate lunch room. Instead of a family friendly pizza place

Had to be on hold for 20 minutes to a call center (to order pizzas. You can't call the store) then he didn't know how to process the payment. So I used the website which kept freezing up. I put the pick up time for 5pm. But they made it right away and called telling me my order had been sitting for 2 hours. Then didn't want to make a new order for me to be picked up at the correct time, had to go to the manager to get it figured out. I spent over an hour just trying to order foit pizzas.

I went to this pizza hut in Hellensburg several times during my stay in Washington state this summer. The staff were lovely and the food was good. I highly recommend and I will definitely return there during my next stay :)

I’m a bit insulted with how much (or lack of) pepperoni I was given on my pepperoni and onion pizza. One piece per slice? Please give me a break man 😭

Worst Pizza Hut location!! Need all new staff for sure
We were having trouble with our app not working so we ended up just going in to the restaurant to order. I let the gal behind the counter know that our app wasn't working and she said, "no problem, I can add the coupon to your order". Sorry for throwin shade on Dominoes but when this same thing happened with Domino's, the gal behind the counter had zero idea what to do. ❤️❤️❤️

Went to pickup 3 pizzas and it was just sitting in the oven while staff was talking in the back..brought pizza back to our hotel 9 mins away and the pizza is super dry vertualy no cheese and cold ...how is that even possible?!? If this is how the pizzahut in the USA is then man they gotta step it up compared to Canadian pizza hut! Litterly the worst pizza I have ever had and I've eaten alot of pizzas in my life.....

Delivery got 3rd partied to door dash, which was fine, but it took an hour to get here and the food was barely warm, no sauce on the wings. Will not order from here again unfortunately.
