I’m 100% convinced this is a fake sonic, we received our nasty cold food in white paper bags, and our drinks in solid white cups…?Burgers were wrapped in white paper instead of sonic wrapper, and it advertised “mini brands” toys in the kids meal but we got some kind of plastic thing. They do not show up in the sonic app and do not accept the app for payment (Sus)The food was nasty, dry, and just weird all around, even after waiting 20 minutes for It.I don’t know if Washington just does it like this or this is legit a fake sonic ?I will say, the Coca Cola is absolutely amazing though! So my star goes to the coke because it was so sweet and refreshing.

Wish I would have read the reviews before we stopped! The cheeseburger my husband ordered was burnt to a crisp, the cheese wasn't melted, and the buns were stale and felt cold to the touch. As I was pulling it out of the bag I honestly wondered if he had ordered a cold sandwich. Nope, it was just a sorry excuse for a cheeseburger. My son ordered the crispy chicken sandwich, the chicken looked like it came from a bag of frozen pattys you buy at Walmart. The slush was more liquid than ice and tasted watered down. Listening to the workers in the back, as we waited inside, seemed like a bunch of teenagers were running the show. My husband even commented that he wondered if the manager had quit. Needless to say, we threw everything away. What a waste of time and money!!

Wow. If this is the quality of food Sonic is giving out now, then count me out. Tater tots were burnt and tasted burnt. "Chicken" strips were burnt and looked like they came from a dollar store TV diner. Even the toast was burnt. Absolutely disgraceful. Will definitely think hard before coming back ever again. Hate to say this isn't the first time that the Ellensburg Sonic has left us unsatisfied.

This was so bad. The "crispy" chicken was like eating an oily sponge slathered in mayo (the main flavor note) . No crisp. It was so bad I couldn't eat it, despite being plenty hungry. The burgers were like very burnt rubber. My burger loving kids just picked at them. They were out of corn dogs. Who knows what those would have been like. The veggies on the burgers were soggy, lifeless and nearly colorless. The fries were cardboard & tasted awful. I have no qualms with other fast food restaurants, this particular one was just bizarrely inedible and really bad. Total waste of money. Wish we had gone anywhere else. 1 star because they delighted my 6-year-old by forgetting the tomato on her burger.

Every time I go there it's bad. We ordered 3 shakes and all of them had residue from other foods on them. Orders were incorrect and looks like they step on the sandwiches when they're done making them

Waited for 15 minutes in the pull in stalls before being told we could only order through the drive through. Got in line only to find they were out of SO many menu items. No big deal, we adjusted, but then were told that they did have the original items we wanted. Yay! Got to the window and were told they were sorry, but they were actually out of the items after all. From the time we arrived at Sonic to the time we left with our food, we waited for 65 minutes. One of the workers was very apologetic and was extremely nice, but did mention that the regional manager was there. Food was below average and they forgot the one shake we ordered. Definitely won't be returning.

My family stops here on our cross state road trips, usually pretty slow but we like the extra time to get out the car ??♀️. Last month we stopped and ordered off the app..3 of the 5 items we ordered were out of stock and no refund or replacement was offered “you have to call the app number” was what the rude teenage employee told me, and the customer service for the app told me to take it up with the store manager, who refused to speak to me (or any of the other 4 or 5 upset customers), so we were out of luck. Decided to give it a second chance today…BIG MISTAKE!!!!! Half the items we attempted to order were out of stock, once we placed our food order it came out all over cooked and 1 of 4 burgers was missing took 23 minutes to get it brought out, by that time we had ordered ice cream blasts all 4 were melting everywhere and all the “toppings” were in the bottom of the cup not mixed in at all. I have never had this horrible of an experience anywhere if I could have given 0 stars I would have.

Waited in line for over 20 minutes as the person working the drive through window was also running orders outside. Repeated the order no less than FOUR times and they still managed to get it incorrect in multiple ways. Hands down worst drive through experience we have ever experienced. We thought the fact that it was located right off the highway they would be a quick stop on our long drive. We ended up wasting a little under an hour in total to get the correct order.
Last night here times I've been here foods been terrible . Burnt dried up enedible. I asked they guy to recook . I asked for fresh cheeseburger vanrvonuon rings . In less than a minute my order was up hamburger burnt. I tried talk to manager hev as young and rude . I wasn't upset . He kept accusing me of it but wasn't. By time got back to room I was upset . Corporate really needs to visit this place . Have a grow food away everytime I try to give them another chance

Filthy bathrooms with soiled toilet. I ordered a strawberry cheesecake smoothie which I didn't get, so I came back with a receipt and asked for one. The shake I received genuinely tastes like spoiled ice cream so bad it's sour. The reflexive gagging instinct made me spit into my lap. I can't tell if this drink was seriously spoiled and they didn't notice or if something was tampered with. It tastes like ice-cream until the center, which tastes sour and bitter

Waited in line (when my car was the one right before the order intercom so the line was not long) for over 35 minutes. The order was one drink and one ice cream.It's definitely not worth the wait, especially when better places like The Buzz In Steakhouse can serve your whole meal to you in that time.

Every time we come to this particular sonic, we use the app. We have never gotten our drinks for half price. Also, even after we order online and it is almost always just drinks that we have to wait 30 minutes and then complain in order to receive our order. Will NOT be back to this particular location. We try to give them the benefit of the doubt and try every few months and it gets worse with each visit. Any other and it is good service.
