Questionable customer service for sure. I ordered 2 cold coffees and it took 20 minutes to receive my order while the two people working made SIX other people coffees before finishing mine, including some Fred Meyer employees. Muttered to me “thanks for your patients” and handed me my venti coffees without lids.. just weird vibes in here.
I was at Starbucks today and this white girl with a pony tell and short I think she had blue eyes was being rude and did the order wrong and she kept talking bad about us to the workers and they kept looking back at us

Consistently horrible service. Every other Starbucks in town has nice servers. Not this one.

Friendly & fast service… sometimes. I’ve recently had a barista that’s not a fan of her job or something? She always looks cranky. I was in recently & in a rush because I had a cab coming. She decided to make my drink after the customer’s drink behind me. I was a little shocked & pressed for time. Once the drink was handed to me, it was overflowing. {Frappuccino} & when I put the lid on it made a huge mess that I felt obligated to clean up as I’m looking at the cab outside the window & barista was on to a new drink order. Get in the cab after waiting over 10 minutes for my drink, taste my drink, it had zero flavor. I tried to pass it off to my 18 year old daughter- she loves Starbucks- she said it was a hard pass as well because it had no flavor. This is definitely not the first time that this has happened at this particular Starbucks & they don’t quite follow the recipe rules that Starbucks have & you sometimes get a bad drink. I’m not afraid to say something but this time was in a hurry. These drinks aren’t exactly cheap so it’s nice to have them made right like I’m used to over on the other side of the mountains where drink recipes are strict.The rest of the baristas are always kind & friendly & mostly will go out of their way for you. I also think that this is the best store to get new inventory. I have always been able to find the best tumblers here & others items like my new keychain. They seem to replenish inventory quickly. Overall this is a good Starbucks but it would be nice if recipes were followed to a T as expected by Starbucks… even if it takes a minute or two extra of the baristas time.

I ordered a vanilla bean frappe with strawberry pure they gave me coffee instead I was upset ?
I get my coffee here almost every morning on my lunch break (I work overnight stocking in the store) love the people that work here and they make my drink just the way I like it. 10/10 would recommend getting to know them and give thier coffee a try.
I love this starbucks! The baristas are great and all deserve to be treated well. They remember my order and always make it right, something the store on canyon can't even do right. I don't know the names of all of the baristas, but I do remember Taj, Dan, and Shelby, and they're all great. However, Fred Meyer DOES need to address how it's other employees treat the baristas at starbucks. I've seen several fred meyers employees treat the Starbucks workers like absolute garbage, and that's incredibly disappointing. You can't help the rude customers, but the rude employees do need to be handled as that reflects badly on management.
I went here a few days ago and I ordered a Frappuccino and it was made wrong the first time because they made a mocha instead. I waited 15 minutes for them to make the correct one and had to leave because I had to take my friend to work. I came back so they could make it and I waited another 10 minutes, and when I got it, it didn’t even taste good. I don’t think there was enough flavoring in it.
