I went in today 11/6/24 and my coffee wasn’t the way I wanted and got it fixed by the most amazing barista, I heard their name as AL but not sure , they had space buns on and was incredibly kind and making sure my coffee was perfect for me!! Deserves a raise for sure!

I love this Starbucks. Specifically the staff. They are ALWAYS kind, welcoming, helpful, and super quick/ efficient. Which i imagine is hard to do as it is always super busy. My orders are always right. And if something tastes off or I just don’t love it they fix it without hesitation. My only complaint is I wish they had a drive through. But it’s worth walking in for the grade A service.

I typically avoid Starbucks because I am constantly disappointed, and today was no exception. My drink came out wrong after 15 minutes of waiting, the baristas were not engaging with customers, and a patron had a dog on the lobby.

My husband and I came here early, 5:30am, before boarding the airport shuttle. We were greeted warmly by the two baristas (I wish I knew their names??♀️). It was a lady with curly hair and a guy with black hair.They were patient and helpful, and very kind. All at 5:30am! It was a really nice way to wake up and start the day.I got a spinach feta wrap, and my husband got a pesto ciabatta panini. We shared an iced lavender matcha. The food was great quality, hot & crispy, for how fast and convenient it was. The lavender matcha was a perfect treat, not too sweet with a smooth texture.The two baristas made the experience. I appreciated their warmth and attentiveness.
