Just off the freeway in Ellensburg. Very convenient. Staff was friendly and always, Starbucks food and drink was amazing! Very clean facility as well.

Workers seemed very stressed out. I was the only person in the store and ordered one thing. It felt like the workers wanted me to leave and that I was inconveniencing them. They seemed like lovely people, so I am just wondering if there is a lot of pressure from the management of this store.

Come here if you want to wait 20 minutes for pastries. Unbelievable! The drive thru line was getting pastries faster, but it seems like they could get a 3rd warming oven or have two people doing the food. Very disappointed, Starbucks.

If you’re looking for customer service this is not the place. Baristas did not care to talk to us and simply stared while we ordered.
There is no seating in this location and it was very busy which could be due to location.
There was no toilet paper in the bathroom and it was fairly dirty. The rest of the store was clean.
Our drinks were good. The ice tea I ordered was not made with enough ice but I added some and it was fine. They were out of a large number of food items.

No hot water in the bathroom. Ugh! I’ve had it with places that don’t have hot water in their bathrooms. How hygienic are the staff? Hot water in the bathroom is a minimal requirement for a place to offer in a civilized society, particularly a place that serves food.
The staff was amazing, but the lobby was terrible. No place to sit and very small. However the coffee was delicious as always.

I wish I didn’t have to write this bad review but who ever that male barista in there is so rude. They made my coffee that I literally get EVERYDAY wrong and twice to make it worse. I asked for light milk and said a literal splash and proceeded to let them know that I was okay with gap up top and just fill with extra ice. But instead she just filled it to the top with milk. Then the cherry on top is their rude barista. I asked nicely and I still got attitude and a nasty drink I can’t drink.
