I had a coupon, kid said I couldn't use it. I said why, he said hes busy and just one moment. I waited, he came back. Kids wearing headphones in both ears then proceeds to cuss at me. Awesome service.
Takes 30min to get your food. Takes way to long to get your order out it's ridiculous.

Order online you will wait for them to catch up with orders from online as you stand in line waiting for your sandwich it will be cold as all the online orders pass yours by

Placed an order for an delivery at the Subway on University at 5:20. Didn't even get moved to preparing until 6:20 then dasher ended up having to wait at the store for another 10 minutes cause it said "dasher is waiting for your order to be finished". So clearly got moved to prepared and nothing was done. I even called the store 5-10 minutes after I ordered to make sure they did get it since they've apparently had issues receiving them in the past. Asked what the eta would be for the order to be ready and the guy I spoke to said it'd be ready in about 30 minutes max, not almost an hour and a half. Absolutely ridiculous. At 6:45, finally get a message saying that the driver has picked up the order and is on the way. My bad I guess for deciding to stay home with my sick dog and ordering food instead of either not eating or ordering something else. Never ordering from subway again unless it's in person. So stupid and so mad. Just wanted some dinner.
Was my first time here to pickup a DD order. Asked to use the restroom and the guy rolled his eyes at me. He then proceeded to stop my pickup order to help people that had just walked in for 3 sandwiches.

wow everyone should read the reviews as this place has a constant problem with getting orders out correctly. We didn't get our complete order either. They will not even answer the phone when calling to try to get this fix...What terrible service and a rip off of peoples money.

April 29 at 4 o clock. The guy was unwelcoming and downright rude. He didn't want to answer any questions regarding the menu, and told me to read it myself. I have cataracts, and have difficulty reading at distance and fine print. Not you're fault I have this disease but, wow, thanks for nothing.

Bread was a little hard. Not much talking. Almost felt they didn't want me there. I walked in and yes they were all busy but no one said anything for about 2 mins. They were doing online orders i think. They didn't trt to upsell a combo. Even trued to really me out of the bread stick which was hard as well. They were right shouldn't have bought it. So hard i couldn't eat it at all. And no sense of urgency. I worked at a subway and i definitely could have made 10 sandwiches by the time they made 2.

I had an online order with 2 sandwiches with some veggies and ordered both with extra meat. Also ordered 1 churro. When I picked up churro wasn'et in bag so I asked they were real polite and got it made up real up fast. But when getting home we opened them and after paying for extra meat there was maybe a normal amount on the steak and cheese. But on the roast beef sandwich there is maybe 5 slices on the entire foot long. Just frustrated when you pay extra for something you expect to get it. Especially after $30 for 2 sandwiches

Holy rude employee! I can look past every table being dirty but when I asked what bread was in the picture of a sandwich, she replied "whatever you want it to be" (in a snotty voice, never making eye contact). I guess I should've seen her RBF when we walked in. I gave 2 stars because the guy working with her apologized and tried to handle our order after she clearly didn't want to be there.

Placed an online order long before we arrived and it said it was finished however when we got there we waited an additional 45 min. It wasn't very busy either, there were maybe a couple other people in there. It was very clear the two staff didn't have any idea what they were doing. I saw people walk in and leave before ordering because these two boys (Luke and Andrew) were taking 10 min per sandwich. Whether they were new hire or not it's unacceptable to have them work by themselves with no training. The WORST PART however was I watched another costumer ask for the restroom code, the employee (Andrew) proceeded to go over, open the door all with his gloves on and then go back to making food with the SAME gloves. Completely disgusting especially since it was my sandwich, who touches any sort of bathroom surface and then makes food without sanitizing or switching gloves. This isn't a hard job, I've worked with sandwiches for a while and it doesn't take 5 or more minutes to make one even as a new hire. Learn basic food safety and handling please. Wish I could've refunded but online orders don't let you.

Placed an online pickup order. When we arrived there was a sign on the door saying the store was closed for 30 minutes. This was at 10:15 am. We sat and waited until nearly 10:45 before someone opened the door again. If I could call a manager, or complain to their some sort of corporate type I would.
