After we ordered they just shoved our food to the side and stopped caring about us. Rude! And my sub was hard as a brick. But the cheese sauce was warm so... 2 stars

Try not to stop at this Subway, it should be the worst Subway on Highway 90. There are better options if driving a little further. Their sandwiches have only add half fillings than other Subways, but the price is more than twice the price of other Subways. Service attitude of the staff is unbelievable, no manners exist. it seems like their boss forced them to work. They talk rudely and scared my child. This store looks big from outside, but bathroom located at 2nd floor. Bathroom is very dirty, toilet has no water pressure and can't be flushed. They basically only see the money, no any good experience for family. Finally, gas prices here are higher. Better to fill up tank in Idaho.

My friends and I walked into this Subway location intending to order sandwiches. As we entered, we politely asked a young Latina woman if the store was open. Her immediate response was, “We close in 10 minutes,” which felt more like a dismissal than a welcome. There was no “Hello” or greeting of any kind—just a clear message that they’d prefer not to serve us.
While one of my friends proceeded to order, there was still no “thank you,” no smile, and no basic customer service. Another employee eventually came out to finish preparing the sandwich, and again, not a single word was said. She just gave us dirty looks, making the whole experience feel even more uncomfortable.
To make matters worse, when my friend asked for his sandwich to be toasted, he was told it couldn’t be done because they were “already closing,” despite the fact that the store was still technically open. He had to settle for a cold sandwich, which clearly ruined the experience for him.
The food itself didn’t help. The lettuce was old and sour, and after everything, two of us decided not to order at all due to the unwelcoming vibe and poor treatment from the staff.
Overall, this was a very disappointing visit. A little basic courtesy and effort would have gone a long way.

My broiler n I ordered together but some how his sandwich got lost in the people working there and he ended up 6 people behind me, even though we ordered together. We paid and got to the car and he saw mustard (hell no) it was completely the wrong sandwich. They were great about making it over but they messed up the 2nd one also. He said NOT toasted and they toasted it anyway. My sandwich I ordered the Spicy Italian and got an Italian BMT. Not the same thing. The bread was so hard on the ends.
The staff was so organized, friendly and efficient- there were only 2 staff, and they rocked it- the line was at least 10 people plus they did the drive thru- so impressed! They were friendly and polite and did their jobs well- those 2 deserve a raise! They ran out of bread and olives, but came back instantly with full trays, so they did great prep, too! And the upstairs seating was really nice :) We'll be back!

Drive through! I suggest if you go to this location please go in and walk them through making your sandwich, I got a foot long cold cut combo asked for green peppers, spinach ,black olives, cucumbers and American cheese salt and pepper mayo and mustard on white fresh bread, ended up with day old bread 2 black olives no green peppers all for 12.99$ what a joke! 1/13/2025! Not happy!
Really wonderful customer service. I made a mistake with my order and they helped me fix it. I will eat here again next time I am traveling through.

If you want to make customers deal with college students bad attitudes you should at least post the hours of when *special places* in your restaurant are available to the public. Being made to get up in the middle of eating is ridiculous.
