I visited this Subway location and was disappointed by the unprofessional conduct of the staff. The employee who was wearing glasses refused my request to change gloves and stated that they would not prepare my sandwich. As a result, another staff member had to step in. This experience highlighted a concerning lack of hygiene and respect. I urge management to take immediate action to ensure better standards and customer care
Great food and best of all, the guy that took my order was happy and kind. After a not so nice salesman at the business i was at just prior to getting lunch, it was a nice surprise to have such a chipper young man to work with!

Kaden the shift lead is very rude individual! Does not say welcome to subway just what do you want! Excuse me. I really hope he is not a trainer you may be in a truck stop, however rude service is never appreciated!

10/16 about 5 pm, I went in to get a sandwich. The shift leader, according to his name tag, asked what I wanted. I told him a turkey italiano, I’ve ordered it this way for 4 or 5 years now at subways all over the country and never had an issue, until today. He told me we don’t make those anymore. I said I realize it’s no longer on the menu, but you can still make them. We don’t make them anymore. Ok.. I’ll have an Italian bmt with turkey instead of ham. He said he’d have to charge it as a spicy Italian. I didn’t look, but a spicy italian is probably more somehow, even if it isn’t, he was just being argumentative just because. Absolutely terrible customer service from someone who has no business being in any kind is supervisory position.
Specially night shift guy all the time at break !
Very rude with customers!
He is making money from breaks !
Management needs to be watch him !

When my son walk and and the guy asked what he wanted My Son told him the sandwich he wanted and he told My Son he did not care was super rude and didn’t want to be working

Horrible attitude, Alfonso needs to better his customer service skills.

They are not open 24 hours. It's 9:06 p.m. on Friday night and they are closed.
Went to love's for fuel ⛽️ and the restrooms, got coffee ☕️ and ice for my Bubba

I just stopped eating Subway, since they have started hiding meat and veggies under matel cover. You can’t see anything what they are serving to you.
Disappointing selection and lack luster service. Actually no service. Had to use an automated self check out, with a disinterested, gum chewing clerk looking on.
Literally the best bmt ive ever had from any subway, went in at about 2am exhausted from driving and this sandwich saved my sanity 🫶
Rude Brandy, incompetent, never asked how to make my sub, 1/2 of meat than usual, 1/2 of additionals, will never buy again, this location sucks
