The quality of food was hot and delicious and we didn't have to wait to long . Everyone had roam to be comfortable and you can hear your own voice not to crowded. The only problem is had was their were only two computers to order your meal and we had to wait in a line to order while people were doing their orders on the computer. There were no employees at the counter to order the line at the computers were long.

I just left Taco Bell after ordering a number eight which is three dorito loco tacos I also ordered a steak grilled taco and 12 cinnabon delights I get home my tacos are smashed and I only have 11 cinnabon delights. And I have 50 packets of hot sauce! The guy in the drive-thru almost interrupted me by saying what else, what else, what else, what else over and over what has happened to customer service?

Ordered thru app, got inside and it got pretty busy in the lobby after me. Order was later than the time it said it would be ready. High school boy at the counter looked like a deer in headlights and just stood there, not sure if managers ever give him instructions or feedback. There were a lot of employees but not a lot of food coming out. When my order finally came out, checked it to make sure it was accurate; it was, but when I got out to the car, the nacho fries were pretty much cold. Not worth the $3.

Waited two hours for a doordash… someone had stollen it and they refused to remake it for my delivery driver and did not refund my money. i will never be going back.

Hours say open until 3:30am. Tried to place online order at 3:07am as entering Ellensburg and unable to as stated closed soon. Stopped by there at 3:10am as we're on a road trip. Apparently they closed early because their menu was off and no one answered at the drive through. I thought closing hours meant you had until then to order. Probably should change the hours open since not able to place orders until stated closing time.

Very disappointed. Our order was completely messed up. My food was smashed with no cheese. My chilli cheese burrito was just a tortilla with almost nothing in it. . Double decker had sour cream I order a regular one. I called to see if I could get reimbursed cause I could not drive back. They were very unhelpful and wanted me to drive all the way back with the food. This is the 4th time this has happened. It’s My fault. I’ll never go back there again. This was restaurant was 022515 order number 275. I understand taking someone at their word is hard now and days. But to request to go back was unreasonable due to the fact that I myself had to go back to work. I really hope I hear back and get this taken care of. All I want is my money back. My experience at this Taco Bell has been so disappointing. And unfortunately the employees are rude and never want to help out.
