How do they keep getting worse every year? Service ok, is what it is when you only hire teenagers and can't keep a regular staff. The food though? Burritos shrunk ok. Tacos you don't get as much meat n cheese, whatever. Prices went up. Everyone is price gouging what can you do. But why did they start serving soup wrapped in a tortilla??? The pic is the one I could eat the other fell apart after the first bite and I couldn't eat it while driving. Which is a big part of why fast food exists!!!

No menu. They try to make you use the kiosks which takes like 5 minutes instead of ordering through a person which takes 1 minute. Wouldnt come back here for this reason alone.

The food is good, it's Taco Bell. But that's where the good part ends. The staff here is absolutely horrendous. I've been through that restaurant line for years now and I'm done after today. I ordered some food on the Taco Bell app and when my Dasher went to pick it up it had been stolen from the order bay. He informed the staff and asked for them to re-make it. They refused, so he asked for the manager. The manager, Nadia Rodriguez, refused yet again, to make an order with only 2 value menu items, with an order total of $4.50 or so. It was uncalled for for them to be so difficult with this. My Dasher said that he had never had this problem before, and they were always willing to remake orders that had been stolen or damaged. The bags of finished food are unsecured in the lobby, unsupervised. Do NOT order from this location. The customer service is horrible, and they don't care about anyone, just their bottom line. I will be discouraging everyone I know from going to Taco Bell.
Not to mention I've always had a problem there. I went in for breakfast at 10:45am one morning and they said they weren't serving breakfast anymore, even though it was 15 mins til 11. They aren't friendly either. I haven't been met with a smile once at this location. They all act like they're miserable. I don't care how miserable you are, customer service is hard. Get over it and smile at customers. I won't be going back. This company has lost my business for the foreseeable future.

Ordered door dash and Taco Bell sent a water instead of the large soft drink because they were out of ice. How does that prevent them from sending the drink I ordered? It's because then they'd have to fill the cup with the product, instead of them taking the hit for their own issue, the customer takes the hit instead. Plus, there is no hot sauce included for my burrito and taco. Door Dash driver said I could call for a refund for my drink. Taco Bell's LISTED PH# IS A FAX MACHINE IN IDAHO!! I'm at work or I'd go down there. Terrible service! Even when you go to the drive thru they don't offer hot sauce and quickly slam the window in your face. You ought to be ashamed. The driver was embarrassed. I will not go to this Ellensburg Taco Bell again.
