I love the food at Taco Bell. At this Taco Bell however, my order is always incorrect. There's always something wrong with every single order I've ordered at the drive through for the past 10-15 times, over the past 6 months.

Every single employee here is INCREDIBLY RUDE. Ordered at drive through and got "what do you want" followed by a "what else" after every item. Food was poorly made, there is never a thank you or nothing. They silently take your card and shove it back at you. I get they are college kids working but goddamn, at least do your job correctly. Been in customer service 17 years and I could never imagine treating custom3rs the way they do here. Do better.

Chaotic, slow, followed by food poisoning (check your lettuce and taco meat)! It was the only thing I ate yesterday and 4 hours later and all evening, things were bad. Still recovering. Don't eat here is you cherish you digestive health.

Literally nothing about the order I had was right. Even verified with the app I ordered through. Got 3 soft tacos with no lettuceā¦ no problem! Weāll give you 3 supreme soft tacos with extra lettuce AND tomatoes and sour cream (which I didnāt want). Ordered 2 Chalupa supremes, got 2 more soft tacos instead! And received 2 sodas with no ice, no carbonation in either soda, and only 3/4 full.
There's nothing really wrong with this taco bell it's ok food, and quick. My issue isn't just with this taco bell it's with many fast food places nowadays.

Breakfast available when visited. Seats available. Restrooms are maintained neatly. Good š æļø parking lots available. But one thing chips and salsa costs USD 3 ,seems a bit more. Otherwise good restaurant for tourists visiting Palouse falls and farmers having farming activities etc.

Ordered at 4:56, GrubHub said it was ready at 5:20 so I go in and the guy tells me I'm supposed to pick it up at drive thru but they'll give it to me at counter. He saunters off and talks in the back for 10 minutes before telling me that they didn't start my order yet but will start now. One employee in the kitchen was carrying very hot trays around with her bare hands and then waving/shaking her hands around to try to cool them off a bit. Seems like an unsafe and deeply disorganized atmosphere. Treat your employees better and give them a better infrastructure so they can do good work, Taco Bell.

its been ages since i went to a taco bell, but this time through everyone was like walking robots, no interaction, blank stares in responses to hellos and thank yous, no reminders for sauce, just open window dangle food out shut window. We dont come for conversation but normal societal interaction isnt a huge ask.
