(Ellensburg Wa)Filthy disgusting new ownership!. Went in a few weeks ago me and my friend both ordered usual terriyaki chicken. New owners were trying to figure out new system they installed (register) ignored us while we are standing right next to them! I let them know I see your new owners. Would you like to take my order. Then one of the 2 took our order. We were the only ones in the restaurant and it took 40 minutes for our food!!!. Water cups had soapy film. Asked owner where is our food finally let's us know cook is almost off his break!!! WT? They had 2 picnic tables in there, paint container on floor next to them, and tables on tarp, one of the tables already had a coat done. place smelled of fresh paint. Now the good part... we get are food , and hair is in my friends!!! We thought ok, new owners, staff, learning a new business... just walked out didn't want to say words that were gonna be flying out of my mouth. we loved the old ownership even long wait days.never going back

The quality of this place decreased significantly! It seems that the staff changed. I ordered the Mongolian beef, full of undercooked onions, rubbery meat and under seasoned. Service wasn’t kind as before. Such a different experience.

We had Chicken Teriyaki w/GyozaX2, 2nd order Gyoza plate and delicious Miso soupX2. This place makes the Best fresh Spicy 🌶️ Teriyaki plus the MISO Soup is HOT. The Atmosphere is wonderful. The Owner put a lot of Love and happiness into his cooking. Check out and enjoy!!

Delicious, large plate of tender teriyaki chicken with two generous scoops of rice for less than as $20! Iceberg lettuce, simply dressed was the side - would love to see a fresh cabbage mix to stir in. Kind and efficient service with a smile. Would eat here again. Thank you!
I always get the teriyaki chicken all rice. With gyoza. So good. Sometimes it does taste like they cooked the chicken way before it was ordered. 🤷♂️ not saying for sure. Observational is all. There's a lot of chicken getting cooked thats for sure 😋 will always recommend. Haven't had food illness or anything negative yet. And I've lived here for over 9 years.
