This place is great it represents everything that is appealing about Ellensburg. Gorgeous restaurant and their plating is instagramable! They do latte art thank you Early Bird and I will tag you. Also I’ve been saying their lattes are better/same tier as Starbucks. Customer experience is so curated this is such an inspiring small business, beautifully done. They have a counter to serve yourself cold water or black coffee and they offer those pretty blankets that people use in yoga to use while you’re here. I’ve never been to such a nice cafe, Ellensburg is blessed to have this restaurant.

Came in on a busy weekend, the place was absolutely packed. (Now I know why ?) Amazing Staff and Atmosphere, very chill music and vibes. The food was delicious, and was made fresh and served hot. Took less time than I thought to get to me as well, all things considered. I left full and had a bit left on my plate. 100% recommended to anyone visiting Ellensburg.

The best go to brunch spot!! Wanted mimosas for a Friday brunch and this place is amazing! The food was great, came out super quick and was so tasty!! The service and employees are so kind and welcoming as well! The vibe is cool too, seat yourself, come and go type of place. We got the classic, as well as the Mimosa flight! Looking forward to going back and trying more food on their huge menu!

I wasn't impressed with the food or the staff. I went with two of my sisters. The other one likes the food the other didn't .

This place is great on so many levels: great food and specialty coffee drinks, great service, great location, even some great merch. Do NOT stop just off the freeway if you're driving through. Instead, take an extra two minutes and head into downtown Ellensburg proper and see how quaint this town is. Then stop at the Early Bird. You won't be disappointed!

In my quest to find a good hamburger, I stumbled across the breakfast burger here at the early bird. No disrespect at all when I say this, a compliment in fact but this place is hipster metro heaven if you're into that kinda thing ?

Food was good but the apple juice could've been better. Highly recommend the biscuits and gravy. Fair and standard pricing. Atmosphere was nice, welcoming vibe.

The food was awesome and the owner made my husband's 58th birthday brunch very special. 2nd to none! Great staff and great Chai! I had to get a 2nd one to go.And now we can't wait to try her new restaurant, The Night Owl! Next on our list for dinner for sure!

I was so excited to come here for breakfast, having gone to its counterpart The Night Owl for dinner a while back. I was so disappointed. When I arrived, the counter person was busy making a drink, so I waited. I know she saw me standing there, but not even so much as a "good morning" or "I'll be right with you" was offered.I ordered the 3 Piggies waffle. What a disappointment. The eggs were overcooked. The sausage was bland, and also overcooked, and somehow also cold as ice. The ham was also cold as if it had never seen a pan. The only thing that gave this dish with its soggy waffle any flavor were the green onions.I also ordered an Irish Coffee. Holy smokes, I couldn't even finish it, as it was more alcohol than coffee!Just not at all what I expected.

We had takeout here and it was excellent! We had the iced caramel macchiatos and chicken and waffles! The chicken was the best chicken I ever had, however the waffles were a little soft but not bad! Everyone was so nice and we would come again!

Great tasting food. Avocado toast to Chicken and waffles, plenty of choices. Full coffee shop , bloody Mary's and Mimosas. If you go away hungry that's on you.

This place is a hidden gem. I was just driving through to get to Selah. Did not expect the food and hospitality to be so great! Waitress took some time to understand what we wanted and we were able to get the best dishes for us! The dining area is so cute and inviting. Wish I was local to come back
