Utopia Frozen Yogurt and Coffee House

The price always jolts me, but the taste is worth it. If you have a few extra dollars and want a treat, this is a good place.

If you're hoping to do work, I recommend noise cancelling. The high number of refridgerators does get loud.

First time trying this place. Will come back for sure! I dont normally post about meals, but....
I got the pastrami and slaw on 9 grain, and I couldn't put it down! Slightly sweet coleslaw with a decent portion of pastrami and wham! An explosion of flavor.
Jill took care of us and was really polite and very welcoming cheerfull attitude. I would've posted pictures, but there's nothing to post.

Usually I love this place. However, the service was awful. There was one person working, and I understand that can be stressful, but she was rude to multiple customers who didn't provoke her. The yogurt is great, but they may need to hire more staff or kinder employees.

Showed up a few minutes before 7 with our 2 kids and uncle. My wife reach for the door at exactly 7pm and a girl shut the sign off, locked the door, stuck her nose up, and walked away. Didn’t say a word. Could’ve stopped and at least said “sorry, we have to close “. We were left standing there with a toddler in our arms and a disappointed little girl. Customer service is on its way out with businesses. Especially in this town. We have Had ice cream here before, so the rest of my review is based off of past experiences where I did not take the time.

My fiance and I came here today. I got the ceaser wrap, 3/5 stars; there was alot of lettuce with little chicken and dressing. My fiance got the TBA wrap and he had the same issue, he rated his 3.5/5 stars. They serve a pickle with the meal, and when I pulled it out the bag, there was pickle juice all over everything and all over the table. It soaked everything.

It's a cute little cafe and I'm sure we will come back and probably try a different meal.
