I came in for the first time today and I cannot express how good this place is, I ordered the maple morning bun and they gave me a first time customer treat for free, some of the best baked goods I’ve ever had, would definitely recommend, I would’ve taken pictures but I finished it to quickly 🥲
The BEST! Ellensburg is so lucky to have Vinman's Bakery. We absolutely love their pastries, especially the kouign-amann. Their bread is amazing too. And don't get me started on their cinnamon buns! WOW. Staff is also very friendly! Truly a gem.

Today’s selection was superb: Maple rolls & Grape stuffed croissants ! Lemon bars, brownies and a couple Downtowners provided backup sustenance. You don’t want to go hungry while trying to retrieve your hammer from a crevice.
