Great beers. A quick stop on our trip and very pleased with it. We each had a taster set and a pint of our favorite after. Wife even picked up a six pack. The little food truck/trailer was very good. The wings were tasty and very meaty. Onion rings were good. The staff, I didn't catch her name, was very friendly and helpful. Kind and considerate. Great little place to taste some tasty brews. Missed a star because of the excess amount of flies.

Food truck service came out to publicly yell at us for asking about the time our food would come out after 30 minutes. I’m shocked since I’ve never had an experience like this at Whipsaw or anywhere before.

Being from Montana I know about a brewery or two and by far whipsaw had everything that made having a beer feel comfortable and at home. Great atmosphere, great beer and great staff. Will be returning every time!!

Great place, great time and awesome service. Beers are great and they have fun activities such as trivia and bingo

A nice selection of brews, a few bottles of wine in the fridge for those who prefer, and a food truck sharing a great outdoor seating area make this a great casual pick!

It's hard to believe that a one-of-a-kind brewery like @whipsawbrewing could have begun with roots as humble as a Mr. Beer kit.The name whipsaw comes an old logging term/tool. It was a two-person saw that required a lot of teamwork. The saw represented the founders' hard work to make the brewery/taproom a reality, as well as representing their roots; Those roots consist of over 35 years of logging.•••We limped our way into their taproom mid-afternoon on a Sunday after spending the weekend at the Ancient Lakes. We couldn't have made a better decision. This place was an absolute vibe. As soon as we drove up, we were blown away by their setup. They had an expansive patio with a variety of seating, most offering shade ?Inside, they had a large space with multiple tv's playing a good selection of games. The inside was mostly empty as the weather was a perfect "Wa 75" and everyone wanted to be outside. We chose to do the same. While there were had a flight & Pint. See the details below:Flight✈️: Prospect St. Pilsner, German Pils | 5.3% Abv Stumpblower IPA | 8% Abv Backcut Session IPA | 4.6% Abv Charlie's Sour Beer | 6.0% ABVPint?: Hacksaw Hazy, IPA.We also enjoyed the HECK outta their food truck’s grub we had:Chicken Bacon RanchWestern ? Blueberry beer and oat stout were a hit. Thank you to the bartender for fixing up a can of the stout. My daughter drank it at her reception and enjoyed the flavor very much.

A small gem of a brewery with great outdoor seating and a food truck. Leashed dogs welcome.

This is my favorite brewery. Great variety of beer and good atmosphere. The root beer is delicious too. What truly sold me on this brewery is their involvement with and support of the local community. They're also kid & dog friendly.

Coconut Cream and Buzz On Blackberry are amazing beers. Craig is a great bartender and Karley is so nice. Bingo nights are my favorite. I love they have current sports games on TV.

Beer is alright, nothing to call home about but not bad either. They have a burger stand on premises but also allow outside food in. The food from the burger stand is highly meh so I'd recommend getting your food elsewhere. We got a BBQ burger, a chicken sandwich, and chicken strips. The burger had at least a quarter of a cup of sauce drenched on it which was totally excessive. It tasted like they were trying to cover up the lack of flavor in the rest of the burger. The one bright spot was that despite being on a burger, the onion ring was still nice and crispy (but more on crispiness later...). In contrast to the burger, the chicken sandwich may have had its sauce completely forgotten. It was honestly hard to tell. The chicken strips and fries had the consistency of a fossilized pterodactyl, suggesting a long, forlorn existence under a heat lamp. At least the lettuce/tomatoes/onions seemed fresh. They definitely forgot the sauce with the chicken strips basket because they specifically asked us what sauce we wanted (barbecue) and they gave us none. Maybe they thought we could make up for it with the swimming pool of sauce on the burger? The world may never know. They have a patio area with 1 covered picnic table plus a bunch of uncovered tables. Note that the weekend hours end at "til close", so it may not be open as long as is posted online.Bartender was kinda rude when I went. I understand everyone has a bad day now and then, so this is just my one time experience. The can fridge has a sign on it that clearly says that customers must not to open it and to ask an employee for help. I asked the bartender if they could help me get a 6 pack. They said yes. With my hands purposefully behind my back so as not to appear like I was going to open the case, I took one step closer to the fridge case (I was about 4-5 ft away) so that I could read the labels on the cans. The bartender snapped "you can't open the case!" and gave me a look that could have withered a cactus. I said, startled, "oh, sorry, I saw the sign. I just wanted to step forwards so that I could read the labels because I'm having a hard time seeing from here. Is that ok?" They said "yeah of course" in a tone that strongly suggested that they didn't believe me. I'm sure people try to break the no-touching rule all the time, so I can understand their irritation, but that's why I tried to make my body language as cautious and non threatening as possible. Overall, I felt that the reaction was very off putting, so between that and the mediocre food, it did not encourage me to patronize this business more.

Blonde ale was excellent. Loved that it was dog friendly inside and a food truck on site

Eburg gem! Spacious and welcoming of all ages and furs. Twinkle lights and heaters outside, round barrel tables and long raw edge tables encourage a social atmosphere. Todays food truck had wings, no need to spend tim on something so so. But oh the beers are good! Loved the Stumpblower IPA and red Riggin Slinger. From humble starts to fabulous!

Fantastic beer list and a wonderful environment! The BSB Brown Ale was out of this world!! The bartender was cool and I can’t tell you how good the food truck was outside! If you’re within two hours of here…..you have to come!!
