It’s always friendly when I go in there, my sister is the one who got me hooked on them. I wish I remembered the young lady’s name, she was an angel. Have been having a rough week and to top it off I spilled my drink all over my front seat immediately after leaving. She happily remade the drink for me offered towels and other help. I just wish she knew how much that small gesture meant to me. You get that from all the girls working here and it’s amazing!

REALLY Great ice cream cones, bowls, milkshakes, desserts! They also serve breakfast & lunch items (but I have only had their ice cream, so I can't review the food). I have been told their coffee & ice cream drinks are very good too! Great choice for dessert treats!

Parking: It's located on a corner lot at a fairly busy intersection, so be careful when turning left into the parking lot.

They had me sitting at an unattended open window in the drive through for 20 minutes. I saw the person that was supposed to be working literally hide from me to continue avoiding servicing me… another time they completely ruined my drink there are no menus outside and i ordered an energy drink and they asked quickly “with monster?” And im already overwhelmed with ordering when I dont know any of the flavors so i say “yes” habitually but… who ASSUMES customers want monster when they want an energy drink. Thats so gross I thought they were saying “with redbull?” Sorry but who rides for monster like that especially in a college town thats just embarrassing and annoying

Waited over 20 minutes for two cars in front of me in drive through, and then I had to leave or be late. I could buy my own expresso machine, grind the coffee and serve it up faster than that.

I feel like I must share this because it is very off putting to where I no longer want to order hot drinks here. Yesterday I ordered a MOCHA to bring my bf to work and found out it was a latte. Today I ordered the same, I told the person taking the order yesterday I recieved a latte and need a mocha, emphasizing chocolate. He apologized and said he would ensure that today's drink had chocolate.. I tried a sip of it before leaving and it was bitter. I asked the person if they were sure there was chocolate and he checked the screen and said yes, I get to my bf work and the drink is a latte again and even has latte written on the cup. Both drinks (yesterday/today) were given away to a co worker as we find lattes too bitter and that's $18 before tip. I am writing this review so the employees know it is important to give their customer the correct drink and if they apologize and ensure there is chocolate to keep their word. *adding that I did try calling winegars but no answer, so I left a VM*

March 15, 2024, after a shelter in place order was issued by the EPD after a young man was killed in a robbery on the 100 block of West University Way, near the Jerrol’s location, the owners refused to allow the employees to lock the doors. It wasn’t until one employee continued to push for such that they allowed it.When the U&A location asked to close out of fear for their safety, not only did the owner refuse, she sat in at the location and then mocked them behind their backs. Or so she thought. Vickie meant to text Kori but mistakenly sent her “f______ snowflakes” text to the employees themselves.TREAT YOUR EMPLOYEES BETTER!! BE HUMBLE!!!

snowflakes in question ??‍♀️ I was fired in retaliation for speaking up and here is the proof in question. Kori and Vickie claimed there was no “proof” and no “solid context” that proves it was about us. The proof is in the pudding.

To the owners of this establishment: Shame on you.During the active shooter situation occurring down the street, when the employees expressed to the owners that they would like to close to stay safe, the owners called them "snowflakes". The owners do not care about the safety about their employees at all. Do not support this place. Despicable.

Horrible. I don't know who's training them to make lattes - but they need to be retrained.Ordered a quad shot and it tasted like warm milk. You can't call in because they don't answer the phone.Just adding that this is not my first bad coffee from there...2 out of 5 were good
