Really hate to say this but if I could give them zero stars or even negative stars I would. Of the past 4 times I have gone three of them they were closed even though it was during thier posted hours and one time I showed up an hour before closing and was informed they were only open for take out as it was almost closing time. Despite the fact there were people at tables waiting for thoer meals. I'm not a jerk I'm not trying to make anyone stay late for me. Just please please be open for your posted hours. I live 30 miles away and have now pointlessly made the trip from cle elum 4 times. I won't be doing it again. Major bummer. The foods good but I will say the price is higher than the food warrants. About 5 dollars per menu item too high. And that's being genreous.

A couple months ago I got the Oreo cookie boba and it was the worst boba in my life! I really like it here but that boba is absolutely disgusting, I think they should have free samples in case someone thinks that a drink is good but it's not. And please lower the prices! Some people just want to have a cheep boba drink!

Good is so good! I came in multiple times to sit down and to take out. Every time I have come in to sit down and eat, the service was really fast and the food was so good. And every time I ordered for pick up, my food was ready by the time I got there. The employees are super chill and the environment and vibe was relaxing and fun. Very cool place to go to with friends, family, or significant others.

My table waited over an hour to receive our food. I paid over 80$ and thought this restaurant was 5stars. I was extremely disappointed. The servers were doing their absolute best to keep everyone happy but the owners of this restaurant/ managers need to do better. All my food was touched by flies. I can only imagine the kitchen..I’d like to get reached back about a refund.

[!!! food health and safety concern!!!] there are so many flies in the restaurant! They are in your food, on your face. I don’t understand how a restaurant can neglect their food safety to this extend. You can’t really stay there for long, as the flies are on your face all the time. See the pictures!
The food was ok, but the service is really slow. Half of us already finished our food and the rest haven’t even got their food yet.
The pho is also overpriced, you ended up paying $30+ for coffee + a pho , without any service.
