Ordered and paid, then had to sit in a parking spot for 30 minutes waiting for my food. Was about to call and tell them I was leaving without my food because it was taking so long and they finally came out to give me half my food and half somebody else's...I ordered curly fries and got regular, and someone's random cheese sticks in assuming is what they are. Do not recommend.... thankfully the food was hot at least..

Listen to the negative reviews on this one. Sat in the drive-thru for 15 minutes, didn't even get my full order. Got told I can sit in the huge drive-thru and wait again. This also has to be the most expensive Arby's ever. Just spent $12, on a small classic sandwich a small fry and a small drink. I didn't receive a receipt so I'm not even sure if that's what it should really cost. The employees here have zero customer service skills, can't even listen when you tell them the same thing multiple times.

My fries were room temp. They made me wait for my sandwich which I am assuming they had my fries waiting for my sandwich to be made, which didnt take a long time but 10 minutes of sitting out and they are not going to be warm. They also did not fill up the fry container, just paid $16 for a medium size mediocre meal that wasn't even hot. I tried this place because the BK was also not great in my past experience. Now I know to just stop at the grocery outlet and grab something.

The tomatoes on our turkey bacon ranch were green and hard, the kids' meal had no toy, they didn't have jamocha shakes. And the replacement to our turkey bacon ranch was handed to another customer before it finally made it to us

Be careful what you order here order a double roster beef meal get to the table to eat it food is cold got a classic for sure take it back up to ask about it and the lady said we're is your recipe I said I did not get one she then said ohh you paid for what you order umm yeah ok like it comes out of there pocket 13 and some change will not be back that's for sureits funny to me that why iam here eating some lady comes in and tells the lady behind the counter that her food was wrong to iam the only one in here and drive was not to busy so that means to me that the people working here don't know how to read orders and make them

Everything was just peachy until I got down the road and realized that my order was incomplete. What a bummer since I was fsr enough along that turning around would have been counterintuitive. Always a bummer when the receipt is right but the order isn't.

Young boy who takes orders needs to be let go. He can’t do his job. An absolute fruit basket who choose to argue with me about what sandwich I should get because he couldn’t check the pricing on having a sandwich modified.
