I don’t do a lot of fast food reviews and when I hit an Arby’s its usually for a beef n cheddar… I never thought about there burgers until today, tried one and it was fantastic ! Big thick real patty, spiced perfectly, fresh veg and a really good bun! Definitely just took 2nd place on my fast food burger list! If it was flame broiled it would have had a 10 star! Friendly and fast service. Very clean. Good job guys!

Manager was supposed to be working the front till looked at customers waiting at the till grabbed her phone and went outside needless to say I went elsewhere after waiting about 7 minutes 2:17pm 6/26/25

I arrived at the drive-thru that is listed as closing at 11:00 p.m. at 10:55 p.m. and there appeared to be no one working at all. I set at the order speaker the entire 5 minutes till closing time at which point I left.
Frustrating to arrive before posted closing and not have anyone there to help me out. I know it's no fun to have someone pull up to your drive through 5 minutes before closing, but 5 minutes before closing is not closed.

Came through drive through on 03-13-25 at 9 pm sign says open waited at order board for 5 minutes without even getting a response, pulled ahead to window and honked...no answere....are you guys out back smoking crack, because you sure not doing your job!!!

We ordered online as we approached West Olympia .Food was hot, fresh, & service with a nice smile.We we were pleasantly surprised after all of the negative reviews.Food & Service were excellent.!(1)small problem, We received a chocolate shake instead of a jamocha, but was still pretty dag gum delish😋.We WILL return!! , J & S😎

Got to arbys 20 minutes before closing and the app stops working at 10pm? No sign or a advertisement saying app not available after a certain hour? Has to be losing them money and you cannot use your coupons without the app.lmao poor service with no answers beside they didn't know.
