8:28 p.m went in to order a meal and the person at the order counter said he was going on break and told me i would have to come back after his break. Decided to go next door. Customer service poor. Why have a business if you aren't going to take care of your customers. Without a customer you don't have a business. Would have given 0 stars as there was no service whatsoever. Burger King really hires people like this WOW

20 minutes to get 3 small burgers when there’s barely anybody inside and one of your drive-thru lanes is closed is absolutely ridiculous. Manager slamming things shut and throwing things in the fryer, letting grease splash everywhere is disgusting, and is a tell tale sign that there’s incompetence in the building.

A female staff member deliberately ignored us and pretended not to notice us. She also did not give us a cup. The behavior felt passive-aggressive and seemed related to our race. This was uncomfortable and disrespectful. Customer service should be equal for everyone.

I know it's fast food but I still expect a certain level of service. I keep noticing that with every minimum wage increase, the customer service decreases. Not just at this place but literally at all the other fast food establiahments.
As for the food, I ordered something that I've ordered enough times in the past to know that I like it but for some unknown and undisclosed reason there is all of a sudden siracha sauce on the item I ordered. I think that they just made a mistake. Maybe they gave me the wrong order or just made it wrong and decided that, since I was in the drive through, that I wouldn't notice until I was too far away to go back and have them fix it. Either way I payed way too much to only be able to consume my small soda and a small order of breakfast potatoes. I know better than to leave the parking lot after I've been through the drive through before I check what I have. But this shouldn't be something that needs to be done. Especially since these people are being way over paid.

Very slow drive thru and dry burger patties. I hate to be harsh but this is probably the worst burger king I've been to. Came through here on the way to the airport one day and waited for over 40 minutes in the drive thru for a simple order and ended up late to pick someone up.

Extremely slow, just like the Aberdeen location. I love Burger King food, but in recent years the service speed has become unbearable. It should not take 10+ minutes per customer. This is fast food not a sit down restaurant

Took 30 minutes to get a burger and fries because the Chris kid who took my order apparently doesnt know how to work their order system. After taking my order they didnt send it to the screen that tells the people packing the orders that mine even existed and tried to tell me twice I need to 'use my card' even though they hadnt pushed whatever they needed to on their end to even activate the card reader so I COULD use my card. Then loudly declaired to everyone else in the back that they'd messed something up somewhere, presumably with someone else's order. Not worth stopping here if you want 'fast food'.

UPDATE: I ended up taking back the food that I had ordered there. I just couldn't even bring myself to go ahead and eat. When we open the food, it did in fact, look like crap, so we weren't missing much. When I walked in the gal I spoke with recognized me immediately and okayed the refund. She had nothing to say about it which is fine, because she already knew about the situation. But just to let you know..... he was, in fact, one of the line cooks. I really feel like it's my responsibility to let you know that before you go and eat there or get food for your children God forbid.

Just don't. I got a full video of one of their employees enjoying his lunch break except for his sandwiches already eaten so he's feasting on everything that could possibly be jammed up in his nose. I am not lying I am not lying. Just save yourself the stomach ache and I would be a hard pass for me. Not one glove change behind the counter. Employee going from grill to pushing buttons to grill to pushing buttons it is just a complete cesspool of nope no thank you. If you've gotten sick from eating at this place I can only understand why. I'd go get yourself checked out.

Didn't look like the picture. Wilted brown lettuce, one tiny tomato and not eatable. We pay way too much for small crap food. Do not recommend!
