First time since before covid. Very long wait during drive through, only 2 cars ahead that received small orders. Whopper had dried out patty and cold bun. Fries were very salty.

Disappointed! Three days a week Monday 6:05 am Wednesday 6:10am and friday 6:15am the restaurant closed I drive by auto service and I did not receive an answer, customers at the door waiting for someone to attend them and nothing!

Food was disgusting and cold. Over heard the store manager and other employees making inappropriate jokes. Honestly sad and disgusting. Bathroom was absolutely disgusting, bodily fluids on floor and toilets. Tables were not clean, and very cold inside.

Waited 30 minutes for my food, which arrived cold. Not a single worker was wearing hair nets or beard nets. I witnessed staff placing food directly on a dirty prep table. One employee was even washing trash cans and the table with the same rag. This is my first and last time eating here.

Just went thru and they didn't even add marinara sauce flr the order of 8 PC mozzarella sauce. Are you kidding??! Does anyone eat this plain?

Went through the drive through tonight August 6 2025, and ordered my meal at 8:35pm: one sandwich, soda, and 3 fries. By the time they got through the 3 cars ahead of me, and i got to the window, over 30 minutes had passed, and when they gave me my food, they forgot to give me my drink and i had to honk my horn to get the girls attention as she had closed the window. Elma WA Burger King owners need to be reprimanded for allowing this to happen. The last 10 times I have gone through the drive through at this location when it is not peek business times, it always takes 30 minutes to get my order from the time it is placed. How can a business allowing this to occur constantly?
Well unfortunately for them the quality or lack there of is just sad. I meant food was not hot the service was just crap what happened to having pride in your work. Would not recommend ever.

DONT WASTE YOUR TIME!! When I visited there today August 1st at 2:30 in the afternoon, there were 9 or 10 people( or should I say teenagers at their first job?) working..well I wouldn't call it working,I would call it Facebook chat because all they did was gossip and laugh,which I don't mind as long as the job gets done.alas, it took them 19 minutes to make a burger and fries!!! And the burger was dry and just slammed to gether..When I asked to speak with the manager,the girl at the register had to finish her gossip sesh with two other workers before she let the manager know..as for the manager,well when I told her that waiting for almost twenty minutes for a burger and fries was absolutely unacceptable and that 9 out of the 10 employees are standing around and gossiping instead of doing what they're being paid to do and that's taking care of customers orders..she had the nerve to say they're understaffed and it's lunch rush but thanked me and walked away...corporate is getting an ear full about this... If I were the manager I would've refunded everybody's money and given them their order as well..twenty minutes is ridiculous at any restaurant,fast food or not . And then to turn a blind eye and allow the gossiping and horsing around shows her character...I won't go back ever again...NEVER EVER.
