Still waiting for our food it’s been 40mins after I waited the first time and had to go to 2 other locations to get change for $100 our order was $25 how does a fast food restaurant not have that change and then to make us wait twice as long

Worse bk ever. Always slow. They get your order wrong most of the time. Also notice they shut down one of the lanes in the drive thru if it gets to busy cuz they can't keep up. Never any ice cream.

This is one of two places that people can pull off the road conveniently. I am not sure if they know it and take advantage of it by offering slow service? We waited for almost 30 minutes for a breakfast sandwich and potatoes. Other people came into the store from the drive thru with incorrect orders, and one person had ordered online and waited as long as we did to get three breakfast sandwiches. The owners need to have a little more hands-on management of this place, IMO.

A very chubby girl who served me today, November 22, at 7 in the morning, asked for orange juice and gave me soda and asked for breakfast with double meat and gave it to me with only egg on the side, she was very disrespectful and the breakfast was very cold.

The manager needs to be fired. She has the worst attitude and on a day there were no customers, staff was sitting around gossiping and the restaurant was absolutely dirty and disgusting. The bathrooms the dinning room and the kitchen. Then when asked for extra onions on my grandma's sandwich and didn't get them. When asked for just a few little onions the manager looked at me so disgusted with the meanest face and put the onions in a box and threw then so hard the box opened and onions flew everywhere. Horrible management.

Hamburger patties were barely warm, cheese was hard and cold and bun was dry almost stale, and it took FOREVER to get it in the drive thru. And whatever IT was who scratched me with their long finger nails shouldn't be allowed near food or customer service! Needless to say I won't be back EVER!

Accurate to go order received cold in 22 minutes. second trip a year later the restaurants, a ghost town at 8:30am Sat. no response at drive-thru and no one behind the counter inside.

Seems like fast food here always takes 20 minutes. I asked another customer how he got has food in 4 minutes he said an app. Im a senior not used to applications confused on where to poke my finger to get an app to work.

Waited over 20 minutes in the drive through for my order. When I received my food, my sandwich had mold on it. They kindly made me another sandwich, this sandwich also had mold on it. At this point, I gave up, threw the sandwich out and just left. To top it off, neither bathroom had a changing table!

These people are always so short staffed (that’s why the lobby is closed geniuses) and the place is always super busy BUT the staff are always SO NICE and I have yet to have a problem! My family only goes to this Burger King.
