My wife and I have lived in Grays Harbor our whole lives and decided we would give it a try because we had never been here before and my blood sugar was crashing. We walked in and waited about 10 minutes to be seated (only 1 other table occupied). We were finally seated. As soon as we sat down we had flies everywhere and we noticed the other table was also tying to swat at them as well. While our waitress was nice, she honestly looked as if she crawled out of a trap house window and walked in. We got our food finally, the hashbrowns were still partially raw, everything in the omelette was raw and how does someone get stale toast? Needless to say, I don’t think we will be returning.
Ordered take out for four sandwiches. Upon pic up my son elected to order himself a milkshake to go. The bartender waitress elected to add that milkshake to our food take out order then proceeded to charge an additional $14 for “large order surcharge”. The milkshake was separate from what I called in and teenaged son was not asked any different nor was he told about this surcharge. He was paying cash for his milkshake as well. When I called and asked the “supervisor Bree” about this surcharge and explained I ordered the four sandwich items and my sons order was seperate her customer service skills spiraled down hill, offered NO remedy to this rediculous charge and said she didn’t do it and there was nothing she could do. I will NEVER order from them again. And frankly their food isn’t all that great either being stale and over cooked at times. Oh and before the Wa state liquor board finds out they also demanded my underage son wait in the BAR. Thanks Crusty tractor for your poor service and over charging. Watch you receipts patrons.
Another place south of here in Centralia has the same interior decorator which is early farm tools and implements and a scattering of memorabilia from the past. We chose a half booth, half table combination at the back of the dining room and ordered a cheese omelette and a Kentucky Jack sandwich. Both were very good, serve quickly from the kitchen. Attentive service kept our coffee cups filled. The food was plentiful, restaurant was as clean as any we have been to on our trip and is a great alternative to the fast food offerings nearby which are all take-out eat in your car stuff.
Restaurant was moderately busy. I ordered a cheese/mushroon omlette. Eggs were overcooked and tough and there was very little cheese. Hashbrowns were barely browned and not at all crisp. It was all very bland and disappointing.
Waffles were served with frozen strawberries, melted ice was soaking them. I am not sure why anyone would like this place. Food is bad. Service was slow, waited to the worst breakfast for an hour

Service remains a bit slow, but they're friendly and once they take your order the food comes out pretty quick.
The food was good. Much improved from the last time. My husband loved the fish and chips. I had the 2x4 breakfast for dinner. It was cooked perfectly and their sausage is really good. Our waitress has a great laugh and a good attitude.

A friend and myself stopped at the Rusty Tractor for lunch. A man and his two kids walked in at the same time we did. A waitress stood about 25ft away at the entrance to the dining room and yelled, "How many?" The man didn't answer cuz his kids were distracting him. So I put up 3 fingers to her across the room and said "three" for the guy since he'd got there just before the two of us. The waitress looked irritated and very rudely said, "fine" like she didn't understand (cuz she wouldn't just walk over and talk to us.) So she walked to the till and rang some stuff up. The she said again across the room, "how many!" I said again louder, "three! An adult and 2 children" Then the waitress said, "are you all 5 together!?" I said, "no 3 of them and 2 of us"
Ultimately we were sat down but the waitress hates her job.
I had a bad feeling about the whole sketchy place so I just ordered a sandwich. A BLT.
When I started eating it, it was disgusting because they'd burnt the toast and just served it anyway. I choked down the first half of the sandwich but couldn't eat anymore despite being pretty hungry. I told the waitress that it was gross and I choked down half of it but couldn't eat the rest. I had the second half apart and the burnt was clearly visible as was the tiny single half tomato. The waitress said she would "discount" the bill. Instead of just not charging me for that disgusting food, she charged me half price. I would never go there again.

We were just there this weekend and I'm not exactly sure what kind of rubber they replaced their chicken with for the chicken bacon almond salad, but my husband will eat just about anything and even he said it didn't even resemble chicken. It was just grilled rubber. Highly disappointed. Also either the silverware is 80 years old and needs replaced, or you need to adjust the rinse aid setting on your dishwasher.

Other than loud country music I have no complaints. Very good chicken fried steak. Yummy sandwiches. Happy waitstaff.

My bisket for the gravy was over baked an hard an the gravy tasted like flour paste. Not to mention very slow service after being seated an had to be corrected 4 times on a mug purchased made during food ordering. I even received a basket of rippies I didn't order. Otherwise was ok

Very disappointed in my food. I ordered the special of hash and eggs. That was not a normal hash. It seemed tater tot’s and whatever thrown togethrer. I could. Not believe the bill for 3 people, $71.00. Glass of milk over $4.00. You used to be my favorite place to eat, not anymore.
The food was okay but a bit pricey. Could be due to our egg shortage. Also, there is a 3% charge for using a card to pay.

Ordered for pick up, person who took my order was pretty ride on the phone. Food was delicious, lots of flavor, large serving. Just wasn't impressed by the server when ordering... she needs a different job.

Hubby was very impressed with his liver and onions. The mozzarella sticks we ordered were completely empty of cheese but the batter tasted good ? I had the seafood platter. The cod was very good but the rest of the platter was mediocre. The server was nice but disappeared frequently for 30 minutes at a time. If hubby wants liver and onions again we'll go back. Otherwise it's not worth my drive.
