When you wait all day for lunch and take friends here, what a joke ! I only ordered Wings . The food came out and the Wings were nasty , like they had been sitting around all afternoon and they just threw them in the fryer for a quick 2 minutes. Next time a Grilled Cheese and if they messs that up , I'm out for good . Oooofffffff

Been coming here for quite some time and always had wonderful service. Today the wife and I stopped in on our way home from Olympia and had the worst service ever. Watch one lady walk out in front of us and almost walked out again. Blonde, skinny short lady should be let go .

Was really disappointed to see half of the songs on Touch Tunes as “unavailable at this location”. Banning explicit songs because some people “don’t like it” is ridiculous. It’s a BAR (you know a place where only adults are allowed). If the morning crowd doesn’t like it, override the system and change the music for them, don’t censor the rest of your customers.

my friend and i went to shujacks last night for the first time and I would have to say, the food tasted amazing. we both had a drink, she had whiskey and coke and I had rum and coke. the service was amazing!! it wasn't too terribly busy with customers but you could tell the employees were working their butt's off!! they still came and checked on us and asked how we liked it so far and if we wanted anything. they were top notch!! I would definitely go back there again!
Food here is usually pretty good, but waited for 15 minutes today and never received coffee. I think they forgot about us, and it didn't seem that busy. Loud rap music during breakfast is a turn off as well. Decided to go somewhere else today. Gave 2 stars because as mentioned we have eaten here before and the food is good. Service and atmosphere were lacking today.

We love stopping here for a quick drink and sometimes a bite to eat. Not always super fast but food is pretty good and on nice days you can hang out on the patio beer garden.

Rustic atmosphere. Plenty of space between tables. This is not fast food, but the ambiance is pleasant enough. The food is well worth waiting for. Servers are polite, attentive, and very obliging. I had a Swiss and mushroom burger the first time, and the second visit was a patty melt. The meat was delicious and very high quality. Both lunches came with a side salad, much better than the usual side salad.
