Why are you allowed to have your drive through only open?…if you’re going to be closed be closed. What is the point of doing an app order if one has to wait in the drive through line regardless to get their order they already paid for?…turn off allowing app orders or something.
If you don’t have the crew to have a facility open why are you allowed to operate by cutting corners?…only in Elma is it acceptable

Had good service, and they were quick to correct a mistake that wasn't their fault in a pre-made food item. The store was clean and spacious at midday.

I placed an order on the app for the drive-through about 10 minutes in advance before I got to the store I get to the speaker they tell me it’s not there and then if I get up to the window, they’ll recheck the app. When I get to the window, young lady with dark hair, hands me my drink and my food and tells me in the future I need to give it one to two minutes before I get in the drive-through with an attitude. I explained to her that I did this 15 to 20 minutes prior to my arrival and that he said to refresh the app and it would be there. Her absolute unprofessionalism is the reason why I will not frequent this Starbucks. There have been issues with this store previously, and I tracked it up to a busy day, but her absolute disregard and audacity to say that to a customer was completely out of line considering by the time I got from the speaker to the window, my food and drink were already made
