Friendly owners and staff.
We hired Fill's Growlers last year for our event. The day before the event they called me to say that the Liquor Control Board (LCB) said they couldn't have the beer garden without a sponsoring non-profit. You would think folks in this business would know how to property handle the paperwork and details with the LCB for a beer garden. Not so.
