Went in last night for a quick meal knowing they closed in a little over an hr. Waited to be seated for at least 10mins. Server comes. Throws our place mats and slams the water and tea down..waited a while to order. Come to find out they were out of the walnuts for the dish we wanted. She got angry when we asked if we could look at something else to order. Then took 15mins to come back. Got our food and she slammed the plates down. Fried rice was OK and the shrimp was clearly frozen then fried.Never refilled our waters or checked on us. Had to ask for the check so we could get out in a timely manner before they closed.I have had great experiences here and I have heard terrible reviews from others. Unfortunately we will not be coming back. I had high hopes for Four Seasons so I didn't have to drive to Bonney Lake. It's a no go for me.

The food is DELICIOUS! The service is usually great too, but every once in a while, it gets busy with a large crowd, and you could have a longer wait for your food. The place is darkly lit, with cool tiki style pendant lights.Dietary restrictions: Wish there were more options with no MSG
My wife and I have been dining at Four Seasons & Red Lotus in Auburn for 46 years. This is our anniversary dinner place. We do miss the Red Lotus. The food is always excellent at both restaurants.

I went here to pick up take-out and everyone I untreated with was so pleasant. The food was really good considering I usually stay away from battered foods when getting takeout because it is soggy by the time you get home but that was not the case with the orders from here. It was about 20 20-minute drive home which is further than other places that are usually soggy when I arrive home. I would recommend this place to friends and family when they visit us and want Chinese food.

It was perfect in every way, and fulfilled my childhood memories of classic american-ese restaurants. The food/service/ambience was all perfect and what I was looking for. It smells like an old bowling alley when you walk in, the food is american-ese at its best, and the service is efficient, effective, and rough. I took my kids and am so glad they got to experience this. I will be back any time I pass through and have the time. Portions are great and the price is fair. All the fried food was excellent BTW. They really shine in this area.Parking: Ample, easy

I haven’t eaten here so this review is solely on the Friday & Saturday night karaoke and dancing. What a hidden gem of a place! If you want to dance, this is the only place around and it’s better than many if not all places in Seattle that I’ve been to - and it’s right here in town! Scott does a good job balancing being KJ and DJ, going off the vibe of the place. My critique would be to say that the music is too loud. I love loud clubs but I’d say they have this place just a bit too loud where it can hurt if you sit too close to the front. Otherwise I’ve only have great times on these nights. It pops off.
