As I was heading home tonight (11.23.25 8pm in Bonney Lake) from an incredibly long work week, exhausted and ready for bed, my son called with the news: he had three hungry teenagers suddenly descend on the house. In a panic, I called Frankie's Pizza, worried they were about to close.

Customer service is definitely not a priority at the Snoqualmie location. The food is fine but we had an unfortunate experience with the service on a take order a few weeks ago. We ordered online and received a confirmation email with an estimated pick up time. When I arrived, at the time indicated on the order email, the employee at the counter couldn't find our order. Best local pizza, finally!! We’re new here from the east coast and finding a mom and pop pizza joint has been a struggle. Fortunately, that struggle is now over. The sauce is delightful, the crust is spot-on and the service is cheery!! Thanks, Frankie’s!!
