Customer service is definitely not a priority at the Snoqualmie location. The food is fine but we had an unfortunate experience with the service on a take order a few weeks ago. We ordered online and received a confirmation email with an estimated pick up time. When I arrived, at the time indicated on the order email, the employee at the counter couldn't find our order. Another employee, presumably a manager came and looked and told me they failed to acknowledge our order and hadn't started making it yet. I ended up waiting another 25 minutes after arriving at the store. I understand that things happen and wouldn't have been bothered by it, except that the employees didn't even apologize. Since the error was on their end, it wouldn't gone so much farther if they had apologized for the delay. They couldn't have cared less about the inconvenience and it made for a really strange experience. I followed up with an email to the contact address on their website to let them know about the experience and never heard back. I'm really surprised at their lack of customer service and especially the lack of response after reaching out.

Absolutely lovely independent pizza place. The food is gorgeous. Seriously, their pizza is delicious. It's such a treat every time we get to eat Frankie's pizza! The dough is excellent quality and it's obviously made with care. All the ingredients are excellent quality. I could go further into details if it's wanted but, quick run down is: Frankie's Pizza rocks! The atmosphere, service, and food are so awesome. It really feels like an old school family friendly pizza restaurant because, well, it is.

We tried both the regular crust and the thin crust. I liked the thin crust better. Because there's less sauce and it really let the tasty cheese flavor shine thru. I felt the regular crust pizza was too sweet overall with the sweet sauce and sweetness of the crust overtaking the cheese flavor. I'm not sure what cheeses they use but it is seriously good! Yum. Used to work there years ago when they first opened. Owners used to come in every day and cook with us. They were both amazing and nice. Good Chefs. The Food Quality isn't quite what it used to be since they don't come in anymore, but It's still probably the best pizza place in a hundred miles. Still one of my favorite places to go.

I'd rate Frankie's special as top 3 pizzas I've had so far and it'd easily take the #1 spot if the crust had a little more crisp. The cheese & toppings were delicious! Highly recommend
Asked about a good place to eat from several people, their first choice was Frankie's. After a half hour of heavy traffic, I am happy to say they were right. Terrific food, good value stuffed myself on the Frankie's special recommend you make the drive to Enumclaw.
