We had good service, spinach artichoke dip was good. Moscow Mule was delish! We got the chicken sandwich and cheeseburger.. sandwich and garlic fries were good! Burger seemed like it was cooked very quick, outside tasted chared while the inside was a bit mushy.. but they were busy so I'm sure they were rushing. Overall it as good and we would go back
My friend and I were excited to eat here again. We decided to skip drinks as the bartender was swamped and both ordered sandwiches. 45 minutes goes by. Nothing. A couple is seated next to us, who make it very clear they are willing to spend $$$ on their best bourbon. They received their apps, salads, and flights, while we looked on. Once another 15 minutes went by, we decided to leave. The bartender seemed confused by this decision. We waited an hour…for nothing but water.
Great menu for burgers and steaks. Jake behind the bar takes care of his patrons and their whiskey selection is outstanding. Worth the drive!
Fantastic dinner with good friends. Steaks were cooked perfectly and the cocktails topped it all off.
I live in Enumclaw and have eaten here many times. As a connoisseur of mac n cheese I can tell you this is by far the BEST I have ever eaten! I hope they never change the recipe because this is my go to when I'm craving it.
I ordered a $40 steak cooked rare and it came out medium. They remember it was take out but not that I picked it up immediately -- unless the implication is that they just held it in the back for unnecessarily long.
We had one of the worst dinner experiences here. I ordered the seafood gumbo which comes with the Cesar salad and French baguette… the Cesar was missing the dressing and I did not get the baguette… my seafood gumbo was missing the crawfish and crab (I did get 1 tiny crab claw shell) I then asked the server if the gumbo was supposed to have crab and he responded “it shouldn’t” I later checked the menu again and sure enough it said “crab” on there. It was also VERY salty and the baguette would have made it more bearable (if I had one!) Some of the others from the group had other issues I’d like to share…The sodas were watered down, the medium well burger came charred black. We ordered sweet potato fries and got regular fries instead, needless to say we won’t be back!
Showed up at 7:30p. Ran out of beef burgers (half the menu) and informed us after our order... Sides were served thirty minutes before the main.. . Drinks took twenty minutes to arrive. Just one thing after another.. . We are still waiting for 3/4 of the table to be served.
Had the meatball bolognese which is in a meat sauce consisting of wild boar, lamb, elk, bison, and beef. Meatballs were lamb and beef combination and tasted very good. Meat sauce was a little gamey, but still enjoyable. Big portions so it seems to fit the price. Staff was accommodating and friendly. Definitely would come back if around the area.
So good and drinks were even better

they are under staffed service is very slow.
Good food, good service. Seems like the menu was changed since we were there last. Kinda spendy compared to others in the area.
We first tried to come here during covid and saw the new hours posted on the door. The hours said open but the doors were locked & the man inside didn’t come over when we knocked. We thought we’d try again to support a local business and came in on 6/18. We were told it would be a 30-40min wait and we’d get a text. We waited outside for over an hour with no update so we went inside to ask how much longer. He told us the kitchen was closed due to someone cutting their finger. Why wouldn’t your staff let customers know that they were closing down??! Definitely wouldn’t recommend.
This was the second, and last, time I have received terrible service from Jackson's. I ordered to go and obviously my order was pushed back. I was initially told 20-25 minutes. When I went to retrieve my food I was told it would be an additional 10-15 minutes. Twenty minutes later I was told it would just be a few minutes. I told them to eat it themselves. My wife insisted on going back to get the food. Surprise, surprise they had messed up our order. We had specifically ordered a side salad instead of fries, but got fries, no salad. So, that's the last they will see if me , or my money, and I can assure you I will be sharing this with everyone I meet.Customer service tip: if you are short staffed tell customers. If you mess up - comp part of the meal. Act like you appreciate your customers.
The pictures they post, do not represent the food they serve. Wait staff is either very inexperienced, or they really don't care about their customers. Prices have increased dramatically for the food received. No more pizza either... Overall quality of food we received was a 1.5 out of 5. Won't return for a long while. COVID is no excuse for not having quality service or food to offer.
