This pho at Pho Real in Enumclaw, WA was so good, it made me question all my life choices. Like, why haven't I been eating this every day? The oxtail was so tender, it practically tap-danced its way off the bone and into my mouth. And the broth? Don't even get me started. It was like a warm, flavorful hug from a Vietnamese grandma who knows all your secrets and still loves you. I'm pretty sure I heard angels singing, or maybe it was just my stomach loudly proclaiming...
