I have made a routine of visiting this Pizza Hut each Saturday night when I’m in town after my weekly appt. Sometimes I take my son with me. Normally there is a woman there that serves us, as we always dine in. Twice now, she has not been there. Both times she was not there, the young man (who I found out is the manager?) talked to me. Once he served us, then last night he would not, informing me that dine in was closed since he did not have a server. There was no sign on the door and he was very hard to understand since he talked so fast. Both experiences with the young man were not good for me.
I do notice he works hard and gets along with employees and other guests very well. I will continue to go here as the food is always great and service is top notch other than a couple of times.

If you are open, you make orders. It's that simple. 40 min til close my order was canceled immediately, and you don't get to claim anything for delivery because you use 3rd party couriers. Shut this place down

As always, food ordered is spot on, delivery always on time and even earlier than expected. And the drivers are always nice as can be!! Lovin the Hut here in Enumclaw, Wa. ❤️

Haven't been to a pizza hut in couple years. Got their 2 for 1 huthut code special 3/13/25. Large Meat Lovers seemed skimpy on toppings. The other was large Hawaiian. Didn't like their version. My opinion it should just be Canadian Bacon and Pineapple. Again toppings seemed skimpy. Not how I remember Pizza Hut being. Don't think I'll be back which is to bad as they were one of the better ones. Last thing, $22 for large is crazy. Like $5 to high. Location was Enumclaw. My opinion.
Update, Owner reply was to contact them by email. See their response below. I did almost 2 weeks ago and not a peep from them. They say same thing to each review they don't like. Wonder if owner has gotten back to anyone? Maybe just a ploy so people reading reviews will think they really care. Nothing happening here and I stand by original review even more do now. Don't think I'll visit Pizza Hut again.

We made a stop here on the way to Crystal. We had the kindest waiter who paid wonderful attention my kiddos and brightened the whole place. And the pizza was DELISH!!

I have ordered here many times. I ordered pizza for a class party and they messed up the order. There is no direct line so I got a large run around, and my problem was never rectified. I unfortunately am no longer a customer.
Understaffed location with rude staff who denied us service instead of listening to us. Had to take our hungry kiddo elsewhere to feed him.

The GM, Tim Hughes, was very kind and friendly. He went above and beyond to try and make our experience extremely wonderful. There are no words to explain the high level of service quality I received and I really appreciate it. I also work in the food industry and it is hard to find great service like this. Thank you Tim, My husband and I appreciate the service you gave us on our out of town softball trip.
Since moving west, this is the first Pizza Hut we've seen, so we did lunch. Since the pandemic, restaurant experiences have changed. They must have a thriving take out business as the place was quiet at mid-day. We had the place to ourselves and enjoyed the solitude. Pizza is a good as always. We'll be back.
Wheelchair accessibility: No threshold and wide aisle. There are tables and booth, so a wheelchair can be rolled up to a table or the user can switch to a chair or a padded bench.

Just ordered 2 “My hut boxes” that come with full orders of the meat lovers calzone and tipped more than 25% before i even got the food because I ordered from the app. Got the food delivered and they only gave us half orders. Tried to call to see what the mix up was and got put on hold for 15 minutes. Once someone answered the phone and I started talking they hung up on me. So had to call again and was put on hold again for another 12 minutes just to be told they will “call me back in ten minutes”. The wings are terrible and aren’t mixed correctly and my family will not be going to this location anymore. Plus they never called back.
