I wandered in after having a burger without knowing what they serve. Grace was so welcoming and lovely. They have a selection of flavored spirits and some canned cocktails. There’s also a full bat and I think snacks/appetizers that looked really good. Friendly service, delicious bourbon, don’t miss it!

I love this place!!! Their mixologists are top notch. They are super friendly, and the establishment is an easy-going environment. I have no problem popping in and treating myself to a delicious artisan cocktail at the bar. So grateful for Pursuit!!!!

Stopped in on a cruise afternoon while waiting for the cruise to start. The drinks are well crafted. The $3 Mt Peak Mudslide mocktail is fantastic! The nachos are a nice snack as well. Highly recommend stopping in for a beverage and a snack!
Overall, a great place with a couple of hiccups. Originally stopped by to check out their Full Proof wheat whiskey, which the bartender said they still had. Was with a group and we were not expecting the extensive drink menu, which was a pleasant surprise, and turned a quick visit, into a stay. The whiskey ended up being the 100 proof, which was not great and the pricing made it a firm no. The drinks however were fantastic, and our bartender was a rockstar. We were trying to close out when the place got absolutely packed.
Which leads me to a few criticisms: drinks are excellent and involved, which also translates to a significant slow down in service times and working the entire place which is quite large. Only 2 staff members were working, and only one was working the bar. The same bartender was running drinks upstairs and it sounds like the kitchen is upstairs. The staffing and setup are not conducive to effectively managing that entire space when full. That said, the ladies working did a great job and this is mostly an operational constraint. While sitting there, we discussed how cool it would be to add a dumb waiter to the end of the bar for sending drinks and food between floors. While closing out, I purchased some bottles and through some miscommunication I was charged for an additional bottle that wasn’t requested. Due to the lengthy wait, and the fact that I had already paid before being provided the bottles, I decided to not call their attention to it.
Overall, this was a cool space with lots of variety. Looking forward to trying the food next time. Hope to see the business continue to invest and improve the experience for guests. Will definitely be a revisit the next time we are in town.
