Not local? Not welcome.... Pudgy, pierced, purple-haired bartender trundled down the bar after about 5 minutes. Carded my 35-year old wife. Fine, but took her Washington State ID down to another bartender to look at it for 5 minutes. I asked her what was taking so long and she pouted and said it was a non-standard ID. Huh? You're a barrender and never seen a non-druver WA ID before. We left to find a more friendly bar down the street.

The food's not the best, and the place might smell a little bit like pee, but there are some really amazing people that frequent there. And the employees are top notch. Absolutely would recommend supporting this business.

Only reason I stayed was the pinball. The system of only taking drinks “at the line” is aggravating as hell. Bartenders seem genuinely upset at more than one “non-binary-genderqueer-lesbian” at the bar.

Five of us walked in last night about 30 minutes from closing. Upon walking in we overheard the employees complaining about how now they wouldn’t be going home on time since we were there. We had planned just ordering to go to not hold them up. Upon being seated we were told they were closing soon which was totally fine but then a second person came over and was very passive aggressive about it saying we had to order right away. We agreed to with no issue and asked for to go. We went home to eat the food and got the wrong salad with no dressing. As someone who has worked extensively in the restaurant industry I totally get it and normally wouldn’t complain but it was very uncomfortable for everyone and probably won’t be back.
