This location in the beautiful city of Enumclaw is a well run operation, with nice and efficient staff, and always clean. If you are on your way to Crystal Mt. or Mt. Rainier, this is your pleasant pitstop!

This location always has great customer service. So friendly and positive. I have never had a bad experience with any of the employees regardless of business. Their food is always fresh and delicious. My kids love their new Christmas penguin cookies! They are very willing to give suggestions and honest reviews of new drinks and treats. The wait time is never long even if the line is long. The bathrooms and lobby were very clean, well stocked and maintained. Lots of seating even for larger groups. Parking is always easy which is nice. The building is also very nice since the recent remodel. If you are in the area I highly suggest this store.

The inside of this starbucks is so nice. They must have got new furniture recently or maybe they just keep it really clean. But I was very impressed with how well kept the store looks. My drink was also made great and the staff was nice and friendly. Would definitely come back again to this location.

I usually love this place. Went through the drive thru a couple days ago and this girl at the window I think her name tag was “Oliva” was so rude, horrible looks and the attitude in her voice was disgusting also handed me my drinks very forceful. My husband and I will not longer be going here considering we spend $300 on Starbucks a week we will be going to Maple Valley, with better customer service. I would reconsider your staff members because that type of customer service is not tolerated and anyone would agree. I have spread the word to people who go to the Enumclaw Starbucks!

10/10 service, staff reccomended a new chicken mapel butter breakfast sandwich and YUMM! Made my coffee EXTRA hot so it doubled as a hand warmer while out in the cold. Facility and bathrooms were clean.

The remodel of this store was done well but not over the top. Very tasteful. I particularly liked the new furniture, the chairs are comfortable with the right amount of padding. However, we found the tables need to be cleaned. We noticed this at other Starbucks stores as well. Our coffees & lemonade were perfectly done.. Overall my visit here w/ my Brother, Son & Grandson was Great!
Parking: It's Starbucks! There never is enough parking.
Wheelchair accessibility: There's a ground level entrance on the south end of the store for wheelchairs or wheel through patio tables onto sidewalk for access to east entrance.
