I had a really good experience at Subway. The restaurant was clean and welcoming, and the staff were friendly and patient while taking my order. All the ingredients looked fresh and well stocked. My sub was made quickly, tasted great, and was filling without feeling too heavy.

I had a great experience at the Subway in Enumclaw, Washington. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and worked efficiently even during busy times. My sandwich was made exactly how I asked, with fresh ingredients and generous portions. The restaurant was clean and well-organized, which made the visit even better. If you’re looking for a quick, reliable, and tasty meal in Enumclaw, this Subway is a solid choice. Highly recommend!

It has been awhile since I stopped in here but use to get dinner here all the time. I have never had an issue in the past it must have been this particular worker. I waited in line for 5 min while the server continue to talk to the people who had already received their food. Casual Swear words by the server were involved pretty unprofessional atmosphere right away. Anyway, I had a coupon and she asked which one I had. Apparently the subway coupon I had does not work at this store? I have used them at this location before so I was confused. I said “okay no problem they sent me a few others in the mail but I left them at home so I’ll have my husband send me the the QR code” (the coupons literally say you can scan the code) she said oh no that won’t work either. I said I don’t understand that but have a good day and left. I’m pretty sure she was just being lazy. She’s literally loosing the store money I had 3 meals I was getting. Anyway, I have had no problems in the past with this subway. Long story short I left and took my business elsewhere. I’d rather spend more money at taco time or drive to the subway in the next town over then go here again.

This Subway has great customer service and fresh sandwiches filled with top quality veggies. I really love Isbeth, she makes the atmosphere and sandwiches so desirable.

Very poor service from the staff (at least the one I interacted with)

We ordered meals of the day and that comes with your choice of chips or cookies. The older of the 2 ladies working for the day entered our order into the the cash register (3 meals of the day and a 4th sandwich). She then refused to allow us to get cookies as she said she entered it into the cash register as a chip order. She never once asked us what we wanted and just blamed us for not communicating with her.

Something changed at this store. At one time it was a 5 star. The guy making, the sandwich, had no idea of what he was doing. RUDE

They won’t even heat the bread now, they are so cheap even with the electricity. Sprinkle toppings and smaller bread.

It's not the greatest experience. I ordered a Veggie Delight with cucumber, lettuce, avocado, onion, and bell pepper. The guy making my sandwich gave me *five* slices of cucumber and maybe *four* tiny slices of bell pepper. When I politely asked for more cucumber, he literally gave me *one* extra slice.
This has been a consistent issue across multiple Subway locations — the staff act like they’re rationing veggies like it’s the apocalypse. From what I understand, one of Subway’s selling points used to be that you could load up on as many veggies as you want. Clearly, not anymore.
Spending $10+ for a sandwich that’s basically bread with a sprinkle of toppings is ridiculous. No wonder Subway locations are closing left and right. Between the skimpy portions, the declining food quality, and the overall “we’re doing you a favor” attitude, it’s no surprise that customers are moving on to better options.
We won’t be coming back.
