There's no way the 5 star reviews on here are real. You'd think I'd have learned my lesson by now, but I keep stopping by for a quick bite. Every time I stop here, EVERY SINGLE TIME, something is either missing from my order or half of my food is completely different from what I ordered. Doesn't matter the time of day. Is the food good? Sure. It's Taco Bell. But MY GOD can we get the freaking orders correct at least once??? I mean, I'm still paying for what I ordered, but not receiving it. I feel like it's really not too much to ask.

Look, I know we're talking about TacoBell here...but this one is my favorite. I've got half a dozen equidistant TB options around me, so I know what to expect normally. Everything I come to this location, I get personable, fast, accurate service. They don't struggle with my little adjustments, they don't slop down all the beef on one side and lettuce on the other, nothing is coming apart or broken, the ingredients don't come off as stale leftovers or forgotten in the back of the freezer.

I had to come on and leave a review for the Taco Bell in enumclaw. My family loves Taco Bell and out of all the Taco Bell’s in a 50 mil radius. This location is always the best quality food! I’m always disappointed at other locations. But enumclaw always nails it!!

The entire crew at this store needs some serious retraining. They completely ignored their inside guest and only seemed to want to help their drive thru guests. One inside guest had to wait an 45 minutes for her order another inside guest had waited a full hour before finding out his order had been completely ignored. Prompting him to demand a refund before storming out. I waiting’s 20 minutes for my order and when I got it home found out I was shorted one item. This crew needs to fired and replaced.

This store is always out of something. Tonight it is carbonation, and the freeze machine is not working again. And now we have to wait extra for our order. So much for being good fast food.

Wish I had zero stars for a rating! First came through the drive through on our way home and was greeted with attitude and rudeness over the drive through. Trying to not be rude back just stated needed another second to order and was greeted with more rudeness. Not a problem everyone has a bad day every once in a while, then.our food order was the largest catastrophe I’ve ever seen wrapped in paper. It was so bad some of our order couldn’t even be eaten and was just thrown away. Expected more of our Taco Bell, I understand decent labor is in short supply anymore but no one is forcing you to work there. Take pride in your ownership or find something else that doesn’t make you hate your dad.
I’m really not sure why all Taco Bells don’t operate like this one… Extremely quick and on top of it service, friendly staff, 100% accurate order! Even the lobby was super clean!! By far the best Taco Bell I’ve been too and completely worth the 2 1/2 hour ride for chili cheese burritos!!!

Swung by here after work about 1 am on a Friday. I ordered the chicken chalupas meal. The crunchy taco was delicious as usual, but the chalupas shells were so hard and stale that they ended up in the garbage. I recommend that you request a fresh shell for your chalupas. The customer service at the window is always great.

Im so unbelievably sick of this place, every single time I go, order, deliver they always forget something if not multiple things. Also the women working there who give me my drink or order are unbelievably rude when I need something or say they forget something. I always try and be nice and understanding but between this happening every time and the rude attitudes Im absolutely aggravated
