My mom (86yrs and deaf) is not savvy when having to use the new kiosk instead of going to the counter to order. It took over half an hour for her to get help! Will NEVER go to the Enumclaw Taco Bell again! This is not the first negative experience we have had this one. This is the very last time we will!! If you close your door, I would not be surprised. Mind you, no one was going through drive thru
