This place was so clean, bathrooms were spotless! Our order came out fast and the fries were crispy to perfection. We saw a couple young men order ice cream and the machine broke before the second cone was served. They had it fixed and served before they finished their meal. The most excellently run burger king is have ever been in.

I called to try and ask a question but this lady Estephanie? Hung up on me, when I called back she had a really bad attitude. She said why are you calling? I’m trying to work, stop harassing me. And she hung up again. Really great customer service Burger King!

Ive been going to this BK since I was a child. And can say 9 times out of 10 it's perfect. But I mean. It's a small town, cheaper side, fast food spot. No Micheline stars here, there's bound to be a mistake sometimes. Especially if the only people applying to work are teenagers. But I still love it and over all, I do recommend. 👍

The Ephrata Burger King rarely gives me issues, and when they do, management is very accommodating to set things straight. There's even a full-size play area for kids, something that seems to be disappearing lately.

Do yourself a favor and drive to Moses lake or Quincy if you want any kind of competent service at Burger King if all places. Always forgetting items, meaning they aren’t checking. How hard is that? Food is often old, seen Resetting float timers meaning they aren’t following food codes either. 10/10 would not recommend
