I ordered a meal online from this branch and got charged. It said the branch closes at 3 am so I showed up at 8:30 pm and the place was completely shut. Why the hell wasn’t it updated that the branch was closed? Even Carl’s clearly shows on google maps it’s closed for Thanksgiving.

Food was same as everywhere else, they hooked up the sauce on McRib, but filled my no ice cofffee half way, and forgot my cheeseburger….. I even ask the chick if this was everything and she just ignored me and closed the window.
I usually don't give out review, today I will. I went to order at the infreda, Washington McDonald's. It was right after breakfast so I knew my order might take a little longer because they probably wouldn't be ready for lunch. I ordered 2 kids meals with chicken nuggets. And. Chicken strips. I knew my order was gonna be longer than usual because chicken always takes longer For some reason. We werr asked us to park on the side to wait for our meal we did. when they finally came out to give us our order they apologize. For taking longer than usual, I said it was OK I didn't mind it because I knew they were going to take time on prepare it. they were so apologetic and gave me a voucher. I told them I did not need it that it was okay but they insisted on me having it.Thank you mcdonald's in Ephrata for being so sweet.

The Ephrata McDonald's has, by far, the WORST service of any McDonald's I've been in. Invariably every time while using the drive through, I have to pull forward to wait for my food. Last night I waited for a good 15 to 20 minutes. Finally my son went into the restaurant with our receipt to see what was taking so long. He had to wait a long time in there also while they were getting the order pulled together. And it was just two quarter pounders and two 10-piece nuggets. Not a complicated or hard to do order. There's always a line of other cars waiting as well as us. At first I thought it was just that they were having a bad day, but it's pretty much every time I go through the drive-thru now. I think it's a combination of being short-staffed and very poorly managed and organized operations.

We stopped here instead of a restaurant on our way through town because we needed to get to our next destination at a specific time. It took almost 40 minutes to get a 3 breakfast sandwich combos. When my wife complained they staff member said, sorry, bye. Quite a few other customers left without ordering after seeing how long it took and to top it off when we finally got our order it was wrong.
