My burger bun was so dry. You could tell that it had been pre-made and had been sitting under the heat lamp for a while. I had to downgrade my service and atmosphere because a young lady and her dad were trying to check things off their bucket list and rode their horses through the drive thru. They were refused service. I won't go back until they are apologized to and asked to come back.
Went through the drive-thru late in the evening after trying to put in a delivery that was canceled 20 minutes later without explanation.
Service was really slow. Between ordering my food and receiving it and leaving was nearly 20 minutes.

Big shout out to your employees! I didn't know lobby was closed. I couldn't fit in the drive thru line due to being in a semi! But they see that and still allowed me to get food from the lobby! Thank you!
