I ordered through DoorDash and received a couple wrong items, but they had no issue remaking the food I actually ordered and delivered it for free. Great place.

My pizza was very late quite a bit past the expected delivery time. I watched the app and saw the driver driving all over the place. They were completely lost as I watched them on the app and also in person from my driveway circle the block several times then turn around 3 or more times just past my driveway until they finally called me for directions. They hung up on me and still almost missed my house again until I ran to the end of my driveway waving my hands in the air and yelling loudly "I'm right here!" Multiple times. Once they finally arrived with my pizza they had the audacity to mention a tip. Once I was finally able to sit down to eat the pizza with my wife and 2 kids that were crying cause they were very hungry it was cold and had to be heated up to be served and everyone was very upset. I wasn't very satisfied after spending 60$ some dollars on pizza.

Driver on the phone with was kind. Unfortunately the manager telling him he can't deliver food inside Ephrata, but they can deliver to Soap Lake is ridiculous. Why wouldn't you sell to your community?

Places an order couple nights ago. Got a message that my order would be delivered by a Door Dash driver. No biggie. Got the message that my pizza was picked up and on its way. Pizza never came. Checked the location of the pizza and it said my order was cancelled. My order was stolen. Called and said I never got my order. All they did was remake it. Didn't offer a discount or anything. Just sent my pizza almost 2 hours after I originally ordered it. If I could give negative stars I would.

Had a small issue with my order, I called and the assistant manager cleared it very fast and effectively, the pizza was delicious! And was better than expected!

Stopped in Ephrata for the night and picked up a pizza to eat in our room. An older woman (Alexia on the receipt) walked up licking her fingers from something she had been eating and took my order. No washing of hands or putting on gloves and starts touching everything. Not acceptable!

Oh my goodness! I can't say enough about Sammy ( so if spelt wrong) she was so pleasant when I called in my order! Delivery was promptly delivered as promised! I can't remember the drivers name but he was awesome too! Thank you!
We ordered chicken wings and they were completely raw in the center, this is such a huge health hazard. I will not be eating here again. Absolutely disgusting

Love the wing street wings.. they are a little expensive but what isnt these days? Fresh and hot right to my door... Worth it in my opinion. Our favorite driver Cassidy is always spot on. Fast, friendly, and a great attitude. Keep up the great work..
