The new 2 for 14 sub deal? Absolute trash! Dont buy it! You're better off ordering a normal sandwich, would probably be more food. The 2 for 14 footlong special was the most expensive all-bread sandwiches my husband ever brought home. Whoever this franchise owner is, they're instructing their employees to put practically nothing on those sandwich deals and excluding all the toppings except lettuce and tomatoes. This is not how its being done at other franchise locations. We will never buy another sandwich in this Walmart again.

Rushed home from work yesterday knowing that I was cutting the time close to when they closed but I needed to make sure my kids had dinner before bed. Walked in about 10 to close and the women in the back wouldn't even acknowledge my presences. So I had to walk up and get her attention and ask her if I could still order food and she denied my service stating that they were closed when they were not. She was pretty rude. Im glad there are 2 subways on town because I know I won't be back to this one.

Waited 30 minutes for a mobile order. Just kept taking in new walk ins instead of completing orders already in front of her

Decided to eat at this Subway location that is located inside of Walmart in Ephrata, Washington.
Sunday, February 2, 2025 at 2:45 pm.
Ordered 2 foot longs:
The Philly subs
2 drinks
2 bags of chips
Asked for the Italian bread and the white bread with the cheese on top, both toasted.
The server looked perplexed. I informed her 4 times I wanted the bread that has cheese on the top. I have not eaten at Subway for 10 plus years. This location reminded me why.
Asked for provolone, Philly steak, Onions, bell pepper,.olives and mayonnaise.
Husband asked for the Italian bread, pepper Jack cheese, and all of the toppings.
Paid for it. Set down
I thought the bread looked different. I was served the Italian bread and my husband was served the plain white bread. My husband said I thought she got them mixed up.
Anyway, I do not like Italian seasoning on my bread. I took one bite before I realized it was Italian seasoning and started to cough.
I am not happy.
Husband took it back to the server and she said I asked you several times about the bread. I told her I was not watching what bread you placed my order on. I wanted white with cheese top.
I said I cannot eat this (due to allergies).
I rewrapped it and set it aside.
My husband said I thought she switched the bread. He mentioned this after all was done.
She was quite rude and I felt like she didn't really want to be there.
I said this is crap food and I will not eat at any Subway again!
She said she was sorry, and did remake my sandwich.
The sandwich was disgusting. Took two bites and it was tough and chewy.
OLD BREAD!
Wrapped it up.
Not happy, but I knew better to eat at any Subway.
I would not recommend this location, employee service was horrible.
The bread was old, I thought it was made fresh daily. This is not what freshly made bread tastes like.
Two days later, I gave the meat and toppings to my dog.
Potato chips and diet Coke was good.

We did a mobile order and none of the orders were right. They put whatever they felt like putting in the sandwich. My mom went to go pick them up and the ladies just stared at her and didn’t offer to help, would just laugh and walk away.

Prices are up and quality down and I had to tip at the counter. I will tip at a restaurant with a chef and waitress.....not fast food. Never again.
Last time I ate at Subway it cost me OVER $10.00 dollars for a sandwich! I can't afford to eat THERE. Plus floors seem to be virtually cluttered with trash. Not how I remembered.

Hands down the cleanest subway we have seen. Bryana was such a sweet sandwich maker and friendly. Thank you subway!

Sandwich was only OK, not great. Had sticker shock when we checked out. One 6-inch basic sandwich, and one 12-inch ($13.99) = $22 + the prompt for a tip, which I did give them a few bucks because it’s the holiday season. But still, $27 for 2 sandwiches! Shocked at how much they’re charging for sandwiches these days!
Very gross
RAW CHICKEN. this is the worst subway i have ever been to, the workers there seemed lazy and unconcerned when i brought up two prices of raw chicken up. One of the older workers there said it might not be chicken and it might be “dark meat” and that “perhaps it got mixed up with the white meats” during packaging? not only that but the person making the sub was very clueless. the chicken was raw right in the middle, in one piece the pink of the chicken was on the side. not only that but my “toasted” sub had no crunch and was very chewy in the middle! this experience was horrible! awful costumer service!
If I can give zero stars to the staff alone I would and zero stars for the customer service I would zero everything for this place as I was the only one in the restaurant and the two employees continue to look at me and not take my order I asked them if they would take my order and they said yes and stared at me and proceeded to not take my order if you want customer service I suggest not going to this one
