We got our order to go and used the automated order dispenser. This was new to us and quite convenient. It was a Friday evening (1st day of the Everson Summer festival) so town was pretty crowded. Food was good. Got 2 pizzas, bread sticks, cheesy bread, and drinks

Last night we ordered a fantastic 4 in 1 with no jalapenos, pepperoni crazy puffs with sauce, breadsticks with sauce, a slices and sticks with sauce and a custom thin crust pizza. We sent our son with the code to pick up the pizza, our mistake we thought the order would be complete and right in the pick up box. He came home with a 4 in 1 with jalapenos, cheese crazy puffs, and no sauce for anything. The only one you got right was the custom order. Disappointing and it ruined our night with the grandkids because we still had to cook when the whole idea of ordering pizza is not to. We live 20 mins away so to just come back was not an option. How is it possible to get more than 1/2 of an order wrong?

Went to get an online order, walked in, and there were 3-4 workers just standing around while we waited to ask a question, eventually one came to the front and helped us out on something they messed up on the order.

We usually love this place. Service is top notch, timing is perfect.Tonight (9/19/23), however, was extra most baddest. The food was overcooked, the order was incorrect, and they even put my stuff in the wrong bay of the pizza portal.I reiterate, this is usually a fantastic place. They just had a bad night.
