Apparently under the ownership since my last "remembered " visit.
Ordered a meatball sandwich which was disappointing (normally a guarantee to satisfy).
Meatballs too small, wrong tomatoes were used and sauce was "thin" and lacking in flavor. Plus sauce only sparcely applied to sandwich - had to ask for more sauce. When I saw it applied, it was very thin, watery in texture and appearance.
Will not be ordering it again at this local.
Plus they had a free Gatorade with every footlong sold, which clerk was apparently unaware...he attempted to charge us for.

Ordered three sandwiches today for dinner. All sandwiches were made wrong with missing topping and extremely messy.. there was definitely a language barrier making this experience extremely awful. Plus a barrier so you can't see the sandwiches being made...

Had a dentist appointment in Everson and afterwards my friend and I decided to go to the Subway across the highway for lunch, especially because I had some good coupons I got in the mail the day before. We were not impressed at all with this Subway. It was a down right rude location. No smiles at any time from the employees. You couldn't see them make your sandwich due to a solid stainless steel cover hiding them. When telling them what we wanted on our subs, it was like we were putting them out or something. We ordered 2 footlongs, Meatball & Elite Chicken & Bacon Ranch (2 for $13.99 w/coupon), 1 Chicken & Cheese Dipper w/BBQ sauce ($3 Special) and 1 White Chip Macadamia Nut cookie (Free w/any purchase coupon). So, our total should've come to roughly $17.50. Well, when it came time to pay I slid my coupons across the counter and said to the gal, "I have coupons." She says kind of rudely with a lost look on her face, "we don't take coupons." "What?!" I said. "If we would've known that we would have gone to a location that did." So, now our total is over $30! Skipped the cookie. My friend hands her cash and asks for a cup of water and a cup for ice. The gal hands me her change and I say, "cups for water?" She puts 2 small clear plastic cups on the counter and my friend says, "you don't have bigger cups?" and she says with attitude, "these are our water cups!" (No lids that fit) Then we had to ask for a bag for our food.
They should have a visible sign telling customers that they are not a coupon participating restaurant! We wanted to leave but, hate wasting food so, we stayed and ate our sandwiches. My friend didn't really care for hers and mine was the worst Meatball sub I've ever had from Subway. Very disappointed.

Absolutely horrible experience and really disappointed. I ordered the monster and a turkey sub. The monster was no larger or heavier than the turkey. Guy charged me extra for something that was supposed to be on the sandwich. Barely understood english. Also this is the first subway that I've been in where they hide the meat section from you and cant watch them make it. I won't be going back. They had some nasty looking not so black olives in the case and they didnt have half the vegetables they're supposed to.

I ordered a BLT (bacon lettuce tomato)+ cucumber and chipotle and got a cucumber bacon chipotle ??at least there was extra bacon
Well…the door sign shows open at 8:00 am BUT there is a sticker showing now open at 10:00 am daily. Door is locked at 10:12 am. I wonder if this business cares about customers.

The place was filthy inside. Huge puddle of soda that was about 2x4 feet wide. The sneeze guard looked like it hadn't been cleaned in a year. Fortunately the marinara was red and fresh. Unfortunately they couldn't figure out that 2 customers means 2 sandwiches until one was completely finished. They also can't do math, and kept part of our change...

This location doesn’t take coupons, the place is covered in hand written signs with rules. Super expensive for what you get. Very pleasant staff.

The gal who made my sandwich knew a thing or two about sandwiches. It was perfect and delicious. She was very helpful. They need to make an air freshener that smells like their freshly baked bread. Mmmm mmmm.
