This is a customer service industry and if you can't be kind and be better at that your in the wrong industry. The people working there are just rude and act like they just hate their life. If you really don't like your job quit and don't ruin it for everyone. Would give 0 stars if possible.

The staff told us to leave the outside area because we had Little Caesars pizza despite purchasing things indoors for a Friday morale event. Do not recommend holding morale events here!

Sunday afternoon playground for the kids. Great play area. Atmosphere was rated down only because of kids noise, squeals and screams. I know I could have sat in bar and not have all the noise. But it is a great place, we are lucky to have it.

The menu is simple, the food is fantastic, the staff are friendly. Food only during the day, with a full bar in the evening hours. If you're on board Fairchild Air Force Base, it's a great alternative to the Chow Hall and BK.
Family Friendly at all hours with large climbing structure for the older kids, and a toddler zone as well.

No bartender on staff and I don't know how, but all our food was served cold. Even after they fixed it, it came out cold....... I'm almost confident it's reused food. Never again....
Overall for an on base eater one of the best I have ever had. I've had the defac at Kessler Mississippi and I still think the alder house is better. If you are a dorm airmen this place is your best option maybe not the healthiest but the tastiest!

Glad that it is open now! The Adler House has a great play space for kids. The food is delicious bar style and you can get drinks and snacks as well. Plenty of space to sit and watch while the little ones burn some energy off.
