The guy at window just says ya about 30 to 40 seconds after ask him something and wouldn't answer sometimes either garbage service can't believe this is where we're at if I'm going to pay as much as restaurant for food the service should be better than this I drove away won't come back to this location ever don't want these type of people handling my food

Absolute dump! Massive amounts of food and garbage on the floor behind the counter! Breeding ground for rats! Not sure how this place could pass inspection! Reported it to county.Horribly lazy employees. After standing at the counter for nearly 10 minutes watching a girl talk to another employee about her evening, and never even acknowledge us, then watch her go get herself a soft drink and return to her friend, and still ignoring us, and we were the only people in the place, we noticed the filth on the floor and left to a neighboring restaurant.Legit amazingly poor experience!

I love Arbys, but this location should be shut down. It was terrible. Drive thru took 30 minutes and still managed to forget my fries. It was not even a large order. Employee never made any comment about how ridiculously long it took. When I had to go back into the store for my fries, the employee said nothing looked over realizing he forgot them. Handed them to me and looked away. He was clearly on some drug.

Absolute dump, HORRIBLE employee. The floor behind the counter was absolutely covered with garbage and food! A rat breeding ground! Not sure how this place could possibly pass inspection.The girl behind the counter was too busy telling another employee about her night to even acknowledge us, and we were the only people in the place! After standing at the counter for nearly 10 minutes, and seeing her walk and get herself a soft drink, we noticed the putrid floor and left.
