Fast food that's anything but fast due to being consistently understaffed. They loose a ton of business to Wendy's which is much faster and less expensive. Doubt this BK will be there for long operating like this.

A lot of people may not like this place and leave reviews about the service. Today there are only 3 ladies back there taking care of both dining room and the drive through. Props to them for staying at their posts and taking care of those who came out. Hey corporate people!! The three employees working today deserve raises. Good job at doing your best in the hard time with the flooding going on!

The food comes out okay some of the times but the wait for this so called fast food is crazy. I will be the only car in line and it takes like 20 plus minutes to get my food. It's only came out fast 2 out of the 10 times I have gone there. Then when I eventually get my food, it's sometimes not even hot. I would avoid this place.

DO NOT COME HERE if you are very hungry or late to be anywhere. If you value your time, do not waste it here. I made the mistake of not reading the reviews. Do not make my same mistake! It didn't matter what you do, the process will be at least 30 minutes. Online orders too.

Twice I have stopped by to try the mushroom Swiss chicken sandwich. First visit was given the wrong order and had to return for the correct food. Today, food is cold, can't melt the cheese, and was not made my way (no tomatoes). Even though they repeated it correctly and again when handing it out the window. I don't recommend spending your money here! I won't again!!

Usually the wait is a bit long. The soda fountains usually taste flat even if they put a fresh soda bib on. But it is a quiet place to sit and enjoy lunch and the dining room usually looks spotless.
