Went to the drive thru on 12/22 at 8, difficult order, the lady working the drive thru was so patient and nice , got my order home food was made perfect and still hot. Amazing job

Food was made rather quickly and turned out really good. Service was fast and very friendly, open bathrooms and overall pretty clean.
I had fries added to my order. I didn't want fries. I order two cheeseburgers with no pickle and a small drink. That's it. I paid for something I did not order. They didn't even offer me sauce for my unwanted item .

On the first day the fried pickle ranch Whopper appeared on the menu, i tried it. What a stupendous disappointment. You'd think that on the first day, they would make the sandwich look amazing and taste even better. What a pathetic excuse. I couldn't even taste the pickles. Wait, what pickles? If you're claiming that the fried batter is pickles, you can almost scrape up enough to see them. If this is any indication as to what is to come regarding this new sandwich, I've already had more than I ever needed. I will not be ordering this mistake again.
It's been 6 days since I posted this and there has been no response from the owner or manager. I guess at this Burger King, you get it their way and you like it.

The new whopper sandwich that I ordered does not look anything like the picture I ordered the fried pickle ranch Whopper it has little tiny pieces of fried pickles there was only at least four maybe five fried pickles on it and the size of it was smaller than a dime

Stopped in for breakfast and am the only car in the drive thru, no car at the window, just me at the speaker. The employee greets me and asks me to wait, maybe she was doing something…a couple mins go by and she chimes in to take my order or a couple items. I’m then asked to wait at the first window until she calls me forward. 2-3 mins later…I’m summoned to pay and get my order. As I’m leaving she’s just getting to taking the order of the vehicle that was behind me. My hash browns were barely warm and very greasy, my sausage biscuit was adequate. BK, at least this one, has gone downhill.

Incorrect opening hours? No employees? I come by here often times in the mornings between 6-7am and it’s never open. The few times I’ve been here at a later time there seems to be only one person running the store.
Waited for far top long in the drive through of 1 other car, when I got my food they were missing our drinks, then she asked me what the other drink was because she somehow didn't know, I had to pull it up on my app. Finally left and ate and they forgot the ranches for nuggets and gave me onion rings when I ordered fries, the food tasted great, but service seriously needs improvement.

Visited on 8 Oct at 3pm. I stood there for approximately 3 minutes, and was the only customer there. A person who appeared to may have been a manager just stood there without greeting or welcoming me. I looked around to see if I was supposed to use a Kiosk, but there wasn't one. I figured she really didn't want my money, so I left.

Manager was called to argue with parking lot restoration team about damages done to the surface of the lot due to them forcing the caution tape off. Manager said they lost 3000$ worth of revenue. After arguing- she proceeded to give away my order to some random guy at drive through. I told them about my order ; all she said was sorry after making me park in the front with my children.
Worried about revenue ?! Maybe they need a new team that won’t give away orders and can’t control their temperament.
