Idiocy #1 Their drive through person was wearing a face mask which muffled their voice and made it difficult to understand. (Seriously, they sounded like an adult in a Charlie Brown cartoon!) Idiocy #2 They asked me to park in the parking lot for my order when they weren't busy in drive thru. Their parking is not attached and it was an inconvenience. Idiocy #3 After asking me to park for my food they never brought it out! I had to go in and get my food! What was the point of using the drive thru?
The food was consistent, but the service and communication was absolutely laughable.

Seems like this place keeps going downhill, should have drove further out of my way to a better location. Food was dry and lukewarm, no gravy with the chicken strip basket, paid for upgrading to onion rings instead of fries, got 7 small baby rings, toast was burnt and old and the gal on the speaker box, may she find something that makes her happier with that attitude. Also, seeing how the “DQ Fan Relations Team” responds with a basic and generic response to every bad review with obviously no corrections or oversight at this location, is even more of a joke!!

DQ is the only fast food drive-thru I use. MUST HAVE a Blizzard once a week (Oreo Fudge Brownie or Choco Brownie Extreme are my current faves) . YUMMERS!! Never a bad bite, I tell you; NEVER!! 😋👍✋😁😲💜

Tried to order 45 minutes before they close and was turned down in the drive thru. Parked in the parking lot for a few minutes after to find somewhere else to go and they also turned down 5 others- and that’s just what I saw. Who knows how long they were doing that for and how many more they turned away

So I went in with kids to get two blizzard s and a dilly bar took 22 minutes to get them but all the people who came in after us was getting there blizzards/ food first so when I asked about after 20 minutes they had an attitude but I did get it within 3 minutes .

I usually get the just the strips honey BbQ. This is my first time visiting this location and I asked for just the strips and the staff member said I have to order the full meal. I was a bit confused as to why when every location I go to just sells the strips. So I was like of then I’ll take the meal even though I just wanted strips. So I pay and say I’ll have a sprite with the meal and the the staff member says you didn’t ask for a drink so I’m not going to give you one! I was how rude. You force me to buy the meal so I can get my strips and now this. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION SO DISRESPECTFUL AND DISAPPOINTED! Get it together people!

They are so incredibly understaffed. It was a perfect hot day for ice cream and the front counter lady Beccy was running around fulfilling orders as she was taking them. They did great and were friendly.
