I realize experiences can vary based on day and time, and very rarely do I rate fast food, but passed through here about 4:30 on 5/25/25 and the gal working the windows was very polite, the burger was hot and perfectly cooked! Just what I wanted after unintentionally skipping lunch.

Strawberry cheese cake blizzard had only one piece of strawberry, 2 pieces of cheese cake bits and filled with chocolate bits.

The food was disappointing—stale and lacking freshness. The parfait was overly sweet, more sugar than substance. Given the high prices, you'd be better off enjoying a meal at a proper sit-down restaurant.

I went in to get a medium blizzard, nobody served me for about two minutes even though I was the only person inside. I could put that aside if they were busy but there was only one or two people in drive thru max. Not only that but my blizzard was mixed halfway down, the building was dirty as if they haven't done any cleaning for years, it smelled horrible like old cheese, and it is still expensive as hell for a medium blizzard. Overall not a great experience and I wont be coming back which is a real shame. I love DQ but goodness this one is bad.

Food is barely warm and disappointing for the price; service is generally unfriendly and slow. Waited for a few minutes before anyone even came over to take my order and I was the only one inside waiting for service. They seemed to keep it pretty clean, which was nice!

We went in at 8:55pm and all 5 worker avoided looking at us. They were to busy talking about their personal lives then to help customers. We got an ice cream cake and Rose just rang up whatever cake flavor she wanted so we ended up paying more, just because she was to lazy to do her job. If I could give Zero stars instead of 1 stars I would

I went in with my son to order food and the person in church/manager who is taking her order decided that texting on her phone was more important than taking our order. I finally got tired of waiting for her to quit texting and I said hello and she goes. Oh oops, I’m sorry, ignoring us for 30 seconds to a minute texting on her phone. I will never be back.

Very expensive and the Blizzard cups were not filled. A gentleman in front of me was aghast that Peanut Butter Parfaits and banana splits, along with other treats, is $9.99. I don't disagree.

I went through the driveway, so not much of a wait, but the young lady in the window was less than enthusiastic for the customer service role. All I ask is warm greeting and a pleasant smile....too much to ask?
