I went into Denny's on a Monday to buy the brisket sandwich melt I got the food got home to eat the food and the sandwich was extremely bad The meat was so dry that it looked like beef jerky and not beef brisket So I called in to ask for my money back and or the sandwich and was told they can give me the same exact sandwich just a new one the same meat from the same batch and I said no then I was told that the manager wasn't on site to call back the next day so before lunch time on my work day I called back in the next day and was told again that the manager was not there so I waited another day then the next day came around and I called into Denny's before my lunch to ask for my money back and hopefully get some food this time but as I was having the conversation with what I think was the manager the customer service was extremely bad and so I told him I was going to give him a bad Google review then at that point he told me that he I am no longer getting any food and that he was just going to return the money to me customer service was exceptionally bad and the food was exceptionally bad and I go to this Denny's all the time to eat both times I have ordered the brisket melts the meat has been so dry that it looks like beef jerky

I had to have the Brisket Macaroni and cheese and order of the side salad. Denny's makes really good delicious food today. I was treating myself. The one thing I've been stacking up on our rewards. I found that this place is really nice. I love sitting here quietly, you can see this location has a lot of seating and the servers are very personable and friendly. I will be coming back. Servers always came around with a bright smile even when it got really busy . Some of the best service I've ever received. Dennys always hits the spot late at night. Service was great, and the food was delicious and reasonably priced. Got a rewards promotion for a free Original Grand Slam before. Had eggs over easy, turkey bacon and pancakes. It was delicious and it was free! This Denny's location is far and away the best location for service. The serving staff and cooks/food prep are unparalleled here compared to any other Denny's I've visited. The restaurant and bathrooms are always clean and well maintained. You can commonly see someone wiping counters or the glass on the doors as you enter. All staff is always happy and smiling. The servers are on you as soon as you're seated taking your drink order. I have rarely waited if ever. Despite how busy it can get. They are unfailingly pleasant and get your order to you fresh and hot. The coffee is as well! They never fail to ensure that you get a discount at the register too if you have the Dennys app and it's benefits. They are so conscientious that it make you reminisce about the times when a lot of restaurants had customer service as a benchmark. I personally witnessed them help a bewildered former police officer who suffers from dementia. They aided him because they noticed his erratic behavior. He had wandered off from his home 6 miles away in the midnight hour. Congratulations on such a great staff.My two stack pancakes were fluffy, warm and delicious. Similarly, coffee was perfectly brewed to my liking. Service was outstanding as well as their hardworking, friendly smiling staff. There are times where this location is packed and you feel the pressure to eat your meal and leave. There are times where it's empty and I'm here catching up with friends for an hour and just vibing there. Very casual, very chill. Besides the regular food items, I'm a big fan of their breakfast selection here. They have some deals under $10 and it will fill you up. I recommend downloading the app to grab some deals, also to rack up some points to redeem. If you didn't know, AARP is accepted here and 15% off is added to dine-in and pick up orders. Awesome, they have claw machines in the lobby (awesome) and a ginormous parking lot. The food is actually pretty okay- the patty melt and the salmon were delicious, and the brisket sandwich was great once and not so great the next time. And the breakfast stuff is all great.

Early morning quiet dining. Ordered a berry and cream filled French toast slam and omg I am so full I don't want French toast again for at least another ten years haha! Bacon was a bit flavorless but the eggs and sausage were spot on. I'll upload a pic, thanks for reading! Glad I had the chance to share my experience at my classic love, Denny's restaurant!
