It was very very busy the day I went here. But I didn't care because they actually serve fresh fruit smoothies!! I was so happy to discover a place that actually makes their smoothies with REAL FRUIT! AND IT WAS ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS!!

I asked to please make it with less ice because it has been really watery lately the last couple times I’ve gotten a freeze. It just has no flavor and taste like water. She questioned me as if she didn’t believe me. Then told me she’d have me try it before I left to make sure it was okay. She clearly made it the exact same way because it in fact still tastes like water. No flavor. She asked if it was fine, I just said yes and walked away because I had already been standing outside for 15 mins in the freezing cold waiting for this drink and didn’t want to have to wait another 15 mins outside when in reality she should have just had it made with less ice to begin with like I asked. Otherwise there is a training issue with portion sizes happening. A blended waffle iced latte should have flavor. It should not just taste like ice.
Super bummed.

Have been going here on my Mondays before I head home to Kirkland. The coffee is alright. Some great holiday flavors but the last couple times my partner and I went out espresso tasted burnt and the freeze wasn't blended enough. It seems quality has dropped which is sad because I was really enjoying going to get coffees and make it a little tradition on mondays

Service was quick! The drinks are delicious and the baristas are amazing! Definitely going back! They replaced Starbucks for me (I may still go occasionally, but Dutch Bros is #1 now)

I've stopped by here twice before and we've always had good experiences. I had a birthday drink to redeem and this location is the closest. I got the Mistletoe Rebel with no ice and the kind employee asked if I wanted them to top off the drink with lemonade or something else which I appreciate. The employee also noticed our dogs (though they are hard to miss as they love staring at drive-thru employees) and gave treats for them too.

It took the perfect amount of time to get my drink. It was made to perfection, it was actually the right amount of sweetness. One thing I also appreciate how light the drive-thru is as their signs aren't on digital screens so it's difficult for customers who arrive during darker times.

I love Dutch bros. This is my first time coming to this location. However, I found a hair inside my drink🫩 I saw it right after I finished it. It’s disgusting!

I was in line for over 10 minutes an the employee seem bothered I was letting them know another car cut me an I was going to be late for work anyway but needed a hot drink but after that I left don’t need my money then

I ordered and paid ahead and my daughter picked it up on her way home. The drinks weren't ready yet and when made, they put the flavors in the wrong drink (hot chocolate and coffee). I had also ordered a muffin top that wasn't given her. I tried to call but there's no way to talk to a live person. So I sent an email and never got a response. I am so disappointed in this experience because Ive always had great service at multiple sites in different states.
