Honestly, I have been at this location at least ten times now. I have seen the same girl, Mia, I believe numerous times and said she is the manager, she is nice enough sometimes. But I receive such mixed service every single time from new people. They are groups that dance and talk to each other to ignore me or a few people that seem genuinely interested in me. It’s really tiring to see and i don’t know if I will come back anymore,

Sometimes there is a bit of a wait in the drive thru, mostly the lines move quickly. Occasionally there are swag giveaways with drink purchases and changes frequently as well as the monthly sticker giveaway on the first Wednesday the month. Also you can earn points on the app for free drinks. Today I got the new Mudslide Mocha Freeze that is the promotion right now. Looks tasty. Can't wait to dive in.

They came to take order ahead of time, which knocked down the waiting by far! Super helpful and attentive and gave options to help with ordering without a menu. Great customer service at this location!
Always love some Dutch Brothers, wish we had one in Auburn! Keep thinking I should start working there so I can open my own! So addictive and the employees are always friendly, helpful and efficient!

Ordered a de leche milkshake (no caffeine) because my daughters stomach is intolerant of caffeine and because she pregnant and isn't supposed to have caffeine... Not only did they make her a caffeinated drink (she tasted the coffee AND it hurt her stomach 20 mins later) but THEY gaslit her and told her there was no coffee in it!!!! Needless to say she had to throw her drink away because they refused to come clean with what the drink was made of, and when she started handing the drink back the barista insisted there was no coffee in it!!!!
