Visited this location on my way home from SeaTac. Woman that took my order was very friendly, as usual with dutch bros. The woman at the window was nice enough, but I went to put my straw in my drink and there was a long hair in my coffee. So I went back through the line and told them what happened. They remade my drink but the woman at the window seemed a bit unfazed by what I told her. Love dutch bros, but they could maybe be a bit more careful with tying their hair back at this location. My remade coffee was delicious as always.

Okay, so this is the first time we’ve genuinely gotten a bad drink from here, but are you serious? They just handed us this “blended” drink thinking this is okay. Can’t even stir it, the ice is so clumped up and hard. You can’t drink it because it’s all ice, or straight syrup. Usually the service and quality here is great, and we encountered a crew we’ve never interacted with. They didn’t seem like they knew what they were doing and seemed confused. The drinks here aren’t cheap, and we always tip well. I should have gone back and asked for a new drink, but I didn’t.
